Chapter 132: Chapter 132 - Broken's Legendary Feat

The deities in the Immortal Realm were both horrified and disdainful of the events that had transpired in the Mortal Realm. Their indignation only grew stronger as each of them gazed upon the scene with visible contempt.

"This is truly abhorrent! How could a mere mortal of such a low level secure the trust of Queen Gaia and make her submit? This is absurd!" one of them exclaimed before vanishing abruptly in a puff of smoke.

"What kind of underhanded tactics did he employ to strike this deal? I thought this situation would provide much more amusement than it has," another deity mused aloud.

"I wanted to witness a confrontation, but what did we get? This is utterly disappointing!" another one scoffed, snorting in disdain before waving his hand and fading away from sight. "There's nothing left for me here anymore, so I bid you all farewell."

"What a waste of time. I'm out of here," another deity huffed before disappearing from view.

One by one, the deities departed until only the most dominant figure and Goddess Akidia remained.

Goddess Akidia surveyed the scene with a questioning expression, a knowing chuckle escaping her lips.

"I told you already, my champion will make something out of this grand opportunity!" she declared with confidence.

The remaining deity, his expression stern, spoke up. "Akidia, your decision to bestow such power upon your champion will bring about great burdens in the war ahead. You may yet have to witness the consequences of what you have done."

Akidia tilted her head slightly, a low chuckle escaping her before she responded. "Don't worry, my beloved champion will take care of everything."

"You will regret this when the time comes!"

Akidia yawned, appearing unconcerned by his words. Then, with an airy wave of her hand, she said, "I think that's all. I'm so tired, my sleep schedule has been truly lacking. See you..." And with that, she vanished from sight.

In the main control room of the Golden Age Company, voices erupted in cheers and several team members exhaled in relief. They knew they had narrowly averted a huge disaster in Yunatea, all thanks to a Player who had only just attained his status as a Divine Champion. "Damn, Broken might just become a huge icon in the future," one of them remarked.

"Nobody outside of us will ever know what he has done for Yunatea," another added solemnly.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"Honestly, it's unbelievable. Who would have thought that behind his quiet personality, he could conquer Queen Gaia just with words? That's incredible!" someone else chimed in.

"I held my breath the entire time they were discussing. If he'd chosen the wrong words, the outcome could have been disastrous!" another staff member admitted.

The room was filled with praises for Broken, marveling at his astounding success.

Marco, their leader, also looked visibly relieved. "Alright, I think it's time we give Broken a bit more attention. Who knows what he will achieve next..."

"Sir," one of his team members interjected. "Should we assign more guardians to him?"

Marco paused thoughtfully. "I think Freya is doing an excellent job. Let's not interfere with what's already working unless Freya feels she needs more help. However, I believe he will gain more support naturally from the important people he met. They might help him revolutionize the game even further. Let's keep a close watch."

After a moment, Marco stood up decisively. "I believe he deserves a small reward for this achievement. I'll think of something fitting for him." With those words, he exited the room.

Broken stood frozen in place, staring at the never-ending stream of notifications flashing before his eyes. Each notification showered him with extraordinary rewards.

[Congratulations for establishing a contract with a Mythic-grade spirit, the highest possible grade a mortal can attain in the mortal realm!]

With this accomplishment, you have earned the right to add a new title to your name: the 'Master of Mythic Spirit'.]

[May the power of the spirit be ever in your favor!]

[For this accomplishment, you are rewarded with 50 Stat Points!]

[In addition, you receive a 30 Charisma Stat boost.]

[You also received a high affinity with the Basic Elements of Earth and Water.]

[You received a low affinity with the Advanced Element of Wood.]

[Nature will bestow a blessing upon you, granting you a 50% regeneration boost when you stay in close proximity to it.]

"What?!" Broken exclaimed softly, examining the notification that bestowed upon him a new title. His eyes widened as he read the rewards he received. The system had recognized his ability to establish a contract with a Mythic-grade spirit, even though Gaia currently only held a Unique-grade status.

"This title is really amazing," he whispered, awe coloring his voice. He paused to re-read the details, somewhat disbelieving his luck.

In addition to earning 50 stat points, he had gained another remarkable 30 points in Charisma, affinities with two basic elements, and a combined element as well. Plus, there was the incredible boost in regeneration when he was near nature. He nodded slowly, taking it all

in.

Elements in the game were an advanced form of magic. Having an elemental affinity applied special attributes to his abilities. Basic elements comprised Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, while there were many types of advanced elements formed from combinations of these basics. Wood, for instance, was a combination of Earth and Water.

He nodded again, filing away this information for later research. He hadn't learned much about how to use elements to his advantage yet.

And then there was the additional Charisma stat-30 more points! His charisma had already been at 50, but now it had surged to 90. Even with a Charisma stat of 50, he had managed an extraordinary feat, like negotiating a deal with Queen Gaia that prevented a potential disaster in Yunatea. It was certainly thanks to his high Charisma stat, wasn't it? He couldn't help but wonder how this increased stat would further affect him.

But then, it seemed the rewards he had already received were just the beginning. The notifications before him continued to appear one after another.

[Congratulations on your tremendous accomplishment!]

[You have earned the title of 'Spirit Whisperer' for the part you played in bringing a majestic

spirit into the world of Yunatea.]

[You have become part of a great legacy in Yunatea, and your name will live on in the spirit world for generations to come.]

[As a reward for your efforts, you'll get a 10% boost to your stats when you fight with your spirit, up to a maximum of 30%.]

[Congratulations once again!]

Another notification surfaced, and Broken let out an exasperated sigh. "Will this never end?" The chuckled to himself. "I guess I'm not really complaining, though."

Broken paused, taking a moment to ensure no more achievement notifications would follow. He glanced around, waiting for the stream to cease.

"Though I'm prepared to accept as many achievements as I can get."

A 10% boost in stats when fighting with spirits was no trivial reward. Now that he had two spirits contracted, he would receive a 20% boost in stats during battles. Isn't that incredible? And considering he had the potential to contract with one more spirit, that meant he could boost his stats by up to 30%.

"Alright, now is the time to inspect Gaia's stats and skills," he murmured with reverence.
