Hidden Wife : Best Husband

Aeri took Jo Yeon Ho's hand while observing the very traditional house. She wondered why the old woman wanted to live in a house like this. Although the house was quite spacious, it was still no more attractive as a modern house.

 Once the waiter invited her to enter the living room, there was also no sofa. There was only a table with cushions for seating. They were still standing even though the waiter had invited them to sit down.

 "Mother, where is father?" Jo Yeon Ho asked, who couldn't wait to meet his father.

"Have a little patience, grandmother and dad will be out soon," Aeri said, who stood looking at the ornaments around the living room.

 Jo Yeon Ho finally sat down and then leaned his head on the table. After a long trip, Jo Yeon Ho's body felt sore.

Hae Sok finally came out. She knitted her brows together when she saw the two people in the living room. She didn't seem to know their faces.

"What can grandma help you with?" Hae Sok said which immediately made Aeri jumped.

"Grandmother?" Aeri immediately bent her body to give a respectful greeting.

 "Yeon Ho, hurry up and pay respect to grandma," Aeri said.

"Hello, Grandma," Jo Yeon Ho said in a typical child's voice.

 "Who are you?" Hae Sok asked.

 "Grandma, I'm Dae Hyun's wife. Don't you remember me?" Aeri said.

Hae Sok studied Aeri's body from top to bottom. She even wore a short dress and was a little tight into the countryside. People in this village will definitely talk about it. They did not like it when someone enters the village wearing immodest clothes.

"Please change your clothes right now. I do not accept guests who do not have politeness," Hae Sok said in a flat tone.

 "What do you mean, Grandma?" Aeri looked at her own clothes, which were a little impolite.

"Sorry, I'll change my clothes." Aeri actually felt very upset, but the goal there was to win Dae Hyun's grandmother's heart, so she had to be more patient. Aeri even really didn't like it when someone criticizes whatever she wore but in order to secure her position she has to be kind.

 "What is this?" Dae Hyun said, who had just followed into the living room. He was curious about the guest who had suddenly arrived so early.

Soo Yin walked behind following Dae Hyun.

"Father?" Jo Yeon Ho said, flabbergasted to see the figure he missed even though they had only been separated for a day. He stood up and then approached Dae Hyun.

"Yeon Ho?" Dae Hyun said in surprise. He did not expect Aeri and Jo Yeon Ho to catch up with him.

 Soo Yin was no less surprised than Dae Hyun. Suddenly her body trembled. She was very afraid that Hae Sok would tell Aeri everything.

 "Why didn't you notify me if you caught up here?" Dae Hyun frowned.

 "Sorry, we just wanted to surprise you," Aeri said with a smile.

Dae Hyun just massaged his temples.

"Honey, why did you invite that woman here?" Aeri gave Soo Hyun an unpleasant look. Her blood was boiling when Dae Hyun invited her secretary. The man didn't even have the intention of asking her at all.

 "I asked her because Soo Yin wanted to learn to cook from grandma," Dae Hyun said casually. He didn't care if Aeri suspected him.

 "Aeri, didn't I tell you if you have to change your clothes first?" Hae Sok said to remind her again.

"Okay, where is the room? Let me change my clothes." Now Aeri softens her voice again. The goal there was to make Hae Sok like her so that Dae Hyun won't be able to divorce her.

"Soo Yin, take this model to Dae Hyun's room," Hae Sok ordered.

"Grandma, don't need to call me that. I feel embarrassed," Aeri said, chuckled and then covered her mouth with her fingers.

 "Aren't you a model?" Hae Sok knitted her brows together.

"It's true, but that was before. Now I've stopped because I want to focus on taking care of our little family," Aeri said while looking at Dae Hyun but Dae Hyun turned his head away. The man had absolutely no interest in Aeri's acting.

"Good then. Soo Yin, hurry up and deliver Aeri," Hae Sok said while looking at Soo Yin with an expression that was difficult to interpret.

"Fine, Grandma," Soo Yin said while lowering her head. She can only hope that Hae Sok won't get mad at her.

Aeri followed Soo Yin's steps to enter a guest room while dragging her suitcase. She didn't seem to like the room, which was far from luxurious. If only her position were not in danger she would not want to go to a village that was far from city facilities. Luckily they stayed here only for a moment.

"Soo Yin, please prepare warm water because I want to take a shower as well," Aeri said while looking at Soo Yin while raising one lip.

 "Can't you prepare it yourself?" Soo Yin said. She didn't like it when Aeri told her to because she was not a servant.

"I'm tired, aren't you here to come because working with my husband, you should serve me too," Aeri said in a curt tone.

"What is this?" Dae Hyun went into the room following his two wives because Soo Yin didn't come out. He was afraid that Aeri would do something to her.

"Honey, it's okay. I just told her to go outside but she was still standing there. Soo Yin even offered to prepare warm water for me," Aeri said softly. She approached Dae Hyun then hugged his arm tightly.

"Let go of my hand!" Dae Hyun tried to let go of his wrist and slightly away from Aeri.

 "Soo Yin, let's go outside. No need to prepare anything for her," Dae Hyun asked.

 Soo Yin followed Dae Hyun's steps to get out of the room.

After the two of them got out, Aeri stomped the floor. She felt like wanted to slam the suitcase that was in her hand.

In the living room, Jo Yeon Ho was talking with Hae Sok. They looked familiar even though this was the first time they met. Hae Sok saw Jo Yeon Ho only when he was just born.

 Hae Sok also really liked the kid. Even though she didn't like Aeri, there was no reason not to like her son because Jo Yeon Ho was just an innocent child.

Dae Hyun and Soo Yin returned to the living room. Soo Yin bites her lower lip because Hae Sok seemed indifferent to her now. Soo Yin can already guess if this thing will happen sooner or later.

 Soo Yin was now like a strange woman in the house. Although Hae Sok was also indifferent to Aeri, at least there were still a few words that she said.

 Soo Yin sat far from Dae Hyun because Jo Yeon Ho and Aeri were there. They chat so warmly like a harmonious family.

Only when about lunch, Hae Sok invited Soo Yin to help her to cook in the kitchen. At breakfast the servants have prepared all the food.

 "Soo Yin, didn't you come here wanting to learn to cook? If so, you'd better help the servants to cook," Hae Sok said.

"Fine, Grandma," Soo Yin said curtly.

"Grandma, let me help," Aeri said. Looked like this was an opportunity to win Hae Sok's heart.

"Can you cook?" Hae Sok said, who was not sure about Aeri.

"Of course I can," Aeri said while chuckling. She should be able to win over Hae Sok if she wanted her position safer.

 "Yes, you two please cook to prepare lunch. I want to know which one is better," Hae Sok said. She wanted to know if the model's words were true.

 Soo Yin was flabbergasted. She was not even good at cooking at all. Looked like Hae Sok was testing them so Soo Yin will try her best.

"Fine, Grandma," Aeri said enthusiastically. Looked like her attempt to win Hae Sok's heart will work. She will not waste this opportunity to gather more people who supported her.

Soo Yin immediately went to the kitchen together with Aeri and prepared some food ingredients. Soo Yin didn't know some foreign-looking materials.

 "Why are you always following my husband? Do you intend to seduce him?" Aeri said sarcastically during her activities cleaning the ingredients.

 Deg …

 Suddenly Soo Yin's heart throbbed at Aeri's statement, which was very targeted.

 "Don't you dare seduce him! If you still want to live in peace," Aeri threatened as she looked at Soo Yin.

"O ... of course that's impossible," Soo Yin stuttered. Her body was currently feeling hot and cold.

"Ha ha ha, of course it's impossible. How could my husband have such low taste," Aeri sneered with a raised lip. The laughter was so crunchy that Soo Yin shuddered hearing it.

'This woman is too confident,' Soo Yin muttered inwardly. She wanted to tell the truth but she didn't want to get into trouble because Dae Hyun said that Aeri was a cunning woman.
