Chapter 186 - JEALOUS
Chapter 186 – JEALOUS
Richard:
If you need help, tell me, whatever it is. I will help you as much as I can and will always be there for you.
Ellena decided to talk about it. She put her phone back on the nightstand. It would not be easy to accept Richard's offer. Not that it would draw Richard closer to her just by getting closer to her.
Ellena looked down dangled to the floor, then rose from her seat. She was just about to take a step, suddenly her cell phone vibrated, causing him to turn around and have to reach for the cellphone, the worms in her stomach made her scream, asking to be fed.
"Ah, Richard again." Ellena said softly, which was more of a grumbling tone, every time she saw Richard's contacts on her cell phone screen.
"What does he want to call me? Ah, it must be because I didn't reply to his message," said Ellena again, there was still an incoming call from her husband.
Ellena thought about whether to take the call or not. She seemed to let the phone move for a moment, certain that Richard was calling her for no reason.
If the phone had picked up work, she probably wouldn't have thought about receiving a call from Richard.
Ellena went awry. If he received the call, worried if her time was wasted, while her stomach was already very hungry. However, if he doesn't pick up, then she should be prepared to see her phone vibrate and not give up.
Like now, Richard repeatedly made phone calls to Ellena, as if he didn't want to give up so easily. Finally, Ellena decided to take a call from Richard.
Her finger appears with a green icon, indicating she received the call. For a moment the flat object had stuck to his ear with one hand holding it.
"Hello, Richard, is there anything important that you have to call me at this time of night?"
Ellena immediately attacked Richard with a question, hoping she would understand the meaning behind her words.
Meanwhile in another place, in an apartment to be exact, Richard who was lying on the king size bed suddenly jumped when he found something like that from Ellena.
"Could you be a little more polite, Patricia? There's no need to ask such a direct question. You don't have to worry, because I won't bother you!" Richard replied in an annoyed tone.
he immediately understood Ellena's attitude which seemed to be very disturbing. In fact, he just wanted to know Ellena's current condition. Just making sure that Ellena is safe.
Recalling Ellena's story this afternoon, Richard had a thought. In fact he still hadn't closed his eyes, because he wasn't calm, before knowing Ellena's condition now. It's possible that the person who kidnapped Ellena here again did evil to the woman.
Richard really didn't want that to happen again. He wouldn't let anyone hurt Ellena. When Lucas can't take care of and protect the woman, then he will step up and be ready to take over the task.
"Do you feel that I'm bothering you, Patricia?" Richard asked still in an annoyed tone.
"Yeah, what else, Richard? I don't think you can call me at this time of night just because it's work?" Ellena retorted casting her negative thoughts on Richard.
"You're not in the mood to give me an impromptu job, are you?" asked Ellena again, as if curious.
"Are you okay?"
Instead of answering Ellena's question, Richard asked back about things that had nothing to do with the woman's discussion.
"Oh come on, Richard … you're wasting your time, wanting to hear from me," replied Ellena who sounded relaxed and didn't care about Richard's question.
"Just answer, you don't have to protest! Is it so hard to just say 'Good' or 'Not good'?" Richard's sarcasm was emphatic.
Ellena who was still standing in the same place seemed to step back, landing her body back on the edge of the bed. is she snorted. Maybe her voice reached Richard's ear on the other side.
"Do you think I can still answer your calls when I'm not feeling well?"
Ellena asked Richard. Ah, what kind of chat is that. Why do they just throw questions at each other, without giving a clear answer at all. What a very strange pair of people. They think their business will soon be finished by throwing questions at each other?
"Why are you so stupid, Patricia. Don't you understand that I'm worried about you? Really!" Richard said again.
"I'm an adult, you don't have to worry about me so much. If one day I get into big trouble in this town, I'll make sure you're the first person I'll contact." Ellena explained trying to ask Richard.
Richard clucked so loudly that his voice sounded clear to Ellena's ears.
"I just want to make sure that you and your mom are safe. I'm afraid what happened yesterday will happen again. Whatever happens, I don't want to hear anything bad, and neither does your mother!" full Richard
"It's good that that person kidnapped and threatened you, what if it turns out you were hurt by them? Really I will not forgive myself, for not being able to take care of you!" Richard added that he had not given Ellena a chance to respond to his words.
"You have absolutely no responsibility to look after me, Richard," Ellena replied, still trying to wake Richard.
"You're wrong, Patricia. I am responsible for the safety and security of all my employees!"
"Does every employee you monitor like this?" asked Ellena innocently. "Oh yes, I know. I shouldn't have wasted your time, Sir. Alright, I'm fine here, in good health, Sir. Thank you for your great concern. Now you can hang up and move on. back to your activities," explained Ellena at length.
"What do you mean?" asked Richard as if he still didn't understand where Ellen's words would lead.
"Shouldn't you also check the condition of the other employees? What a very kind and understanding boss," Ellena sneered with a smile.
Ellena deliberately watched Richard by slipping the conversation into another discussion, hoping that the man would realize what she meant. Of course he was embarrassed.
Being cared for by someone she didn't want at all, made Ellena feel uncomfortable and disturbed.
"There is already someone save to unite them from afar and especially for you, it is my duty!" Richard didn't want to lose.
It suddenly made Ellena unable to move again.
"I'm fine. How many times do you have to say it? Don't you understand? Then how long are you going to hang up the phone?" Ellena began to get angry, feeling annoyed with her boss's behavior.
Maybe other women will be very happy if they get special attention from a boss who has a handsome face like Richard. However, not with Ellena who was just the opposite.
"Isn't it okay if I make sure you're asleep?" Richard asked getting mad.
"You're crazy, Richard! It's as if you don't want to give me time to rest!" said Ellena, widening her eyes.
"Come on, Richard . . . I just woke up and I'm hungry now. Not enjoying a little gratitude?" added Elena pleading.
"Are you trying to lie to me?" asked Richard suddenly accusing Ellena.
"SeNggaù
"What do you mean? Do you want to hear the sound of the worms in my stomach protesting, huh? It's so annoying. I haven't eaten since this afternoon!" growled Ellena who was again irritated by the accusation from her superior.
"Listen to this!" Ellena pleaded as she pressed the flat object to her hungry stomach, to prove to Richard that she wasn't lying.
"Yeah, you just eat. I won't turn off the phone," said Richard, which suddenly made Ellena roll her eyes.
"You just kill me, Richard!" Ellena's sarcasm made Richard chuckle. How could he possibly eat, when the boss was still chomping him through the air.
"So glad you laugh at me like that!" snapped Ellena when she heard Richard's laughter on the other side clearly.
"If we were married, maybe I could accompany you to dinner any time, Patricia," Richard replied quietly.
"Don't talk nonsense, sir, or you'll go crazy."
"You? You dare refuse me like that, huh?" Richard grumbled as if he didn't accept it.
"I didn't see you. I was reminding you. It's a shame to have a handsome face, but—"
"Just watch out, Patricia. Tomorrow, I won't be able to breathe!" concluded Richard threatening Ellena.
"Because you're the one who made me crazy like this!" later addition.
"I've never done that, but you want it yourself. Stop, Richard. We can't necessarily be together. I don't want to disappoint."Ellena slowly began to speak.
"I don't care, Patricia. I will always wait, even though the waiting will be painful. I'm ready to accept all the consequences. However, I have high hopes for you. I hope you hope and are willing to give me a little chance," Richard who managed to make Ellena for a while .
"We will never know the person who will be matched with us, because God has already chosen the best mate for us, but that doesn't mean we have to be silent, right? It's the same with sustenance, maybe a mate is the same. So, what's wrong if someone tries chasing the person of his dreams," continued Richard at length.
"Perhaps what I'm doing right now is the same as that. pursuing what I want to have is my right?" Again Richard did not give Ellena a chance to respond.
"Richard, don't talk about this just yet? My stomach is so hungry, I want to eat," complained Ellena.
"All right, Patricia, but I'm begging you, please before I say anything," Richard said as their call ended.
Without thinking, Ellena went straight out of the room to the kitchen, intending to quickly fill her tummy that was interested.
