Book 5: Chapter 42: Doing One's Utmost To Assassinate

In order to cooperate with Evergreens actions, I let Moon publicly release news about the assassin being inside West-Resisting City and how Shiloh tried to burn the grain and fodder, as well as how she left a note before doing so.
