Seth observed and nodded, this was the body he knew but he also noticed the emerging Battle Master Marking.

The markings were not separate from the existing lines and tattoos but rather, formed within.

The colour and texture didn't change but they gave a presence of force.

With Preeminence Gaze he can see the aura around him vibrate in a different way than the rest of his body. Seth nodded in satisfaction.

He then checked his Halo, it too was having some changes of force, rather than softness. This also made Seth smile more in approval.

He wore his attire and his attention shifted toward his Red Signature Book.

He observed the Red Stream Skill. It was a shallow sea with a reddish background, above it were 99,999 nodes of solid light.

He focused on one node and it lit up, a tiny stream sip out through it, if coalesced it won't be larger than a droplet.

The stream twirled around his index finger continuously.

Seth observed the mini vortex with a smile and knew that was a miniature skill. With a thought Red Stream flowed from under him and immediately they swirled around him.

They are behaving like the tiny vortex on his index finger.

Seth dropped the small vortex and the stream put him at the centre while swirling with enough strength to topple Stage 5 Baby Dragon.

His hair fluttered due to the wind generated but he was by no means attacked or harmed.

He walked forward and the stream moved with him. Keeping him at the centre.

Seth wasn't even expanding much energy for this to continue.

He then looked at the Node Of Solid light, they were dim, and he couldn't bring any skill for now.

"I'm becoming a bonafide mage by the day!" Seth said with great satisfaction.

He moved to the next skill, which was Myriad Wheel Shield. It was round and had several segments like a pie. Seth touched it and found it seemed like a roulette but it wasn't.

Myriad Wheel Shield's ability to adapt to many attacks was not as straightforward as becoming stronger by evolving or having absolute immunity or resistance but it was more subtle than that and elusive.

With the help of his noble Intelligence and Grade 5 Attribute: Intelligence, Seth was able to partially understand how defence works.

"This is outstandingly unique and magnificent!" Seth commented as he looked at the shield with fondness.

"This might be greater than all other skills!"

If the Myriad Wheel Shield was deployed whether illusory or real, the shield has a frontal face. Usually, it stays at Seth's front, hugging his attire. It also employed attire's forcefield to repel attacks.

However, that wasn't all about it. Yes. It can become an active solid shield to take on impact but its other ability is about navigation.

From what Seth understood, it was like he was on a ship, or plane or car driving.

These rides are the shields and he was moving in hurricane or turbulent water.

The shield will serve as a ride that protects its rider, if an attack comes, it can aid in changing direction, deflection or absorption of the attack. And the rider, Seth, will not be harmed.

Seth thought he was like a marine admiral, on his Ship named Myriad Wheel Shield, fighting pirates. The Myriad Wheel Shield would serve as his shield and also the abode that he lives on.

From the confined protection of the ship, he will be attacking his enemies.

At the same time, he can navigate away from them. It's not all about taking damage but about steering away from danger.

"It's a bit complicated to understand but I will adopt this mindset in the next battle!"

Seth felt tired. He needed to rest. The other skills can wait.

Lord Cushion came out and Seth closed his eyes. The vortex was still rotating around him and he drifted asleep.

The digestion of battle experience was over and he now needed a new load of experience.

He prepared and then checked outside the Glass Dome before he came out. Instantly he felt something lock on him. His Shadow Glare gazed back and he sighed in relief, it wasn't the Youngling horse dragon.

Ranking of dragons is not very clear to Seth but he has made some discoveries from Luana's memory and also his interaction with them.

There are several important phases for dragons before they become something else.

First Phase was Dragon Egg. Second Phase: Baby Dragon Stage 1 to 5. Third Phase: Youngling Dragon and. Fourth Phase: Young Adult Dragon.

First Phase: Dragon Egg means an egg that has a dragon growing in it. These eggs can live from 100 to 400 years for just the typical one. Some higher species can leave forever as long as the condition for their hatching isn't made.

It's possible for the egg to become inert and metamorphose to stone or some artefact or something else unknown.

Second Phase: Baby Dragon Stages 1 to 5 were the ones Seth had been contending with. It's possible those dragons have lived as eggs for centuries.

Dragon Baby has innate knowledge of their name and one of the requirements after hatching was name uttering. Those who fail can be aided by an older dragon with proficiency in his words and speech.

Stage 1 baby dragons never left their hatching community, so also stage 2. They are tender, exploring their name and their abilities

Stage 3 baby dragons are the most numerous in Dragon Burtali. They left their hatching community and achieved some independence. Their name was innate to them and they know the general direction of their abilities.

Stage 4 Baby dragons are preparing to go on a hunt for their voice. Their power and ability were high as they reached this stage.

Stage 5 Baby Dragons are kicked out to hunt away from the safe community. They are smarter and stronger. Their name holds power and can bestow Aspecto abilities. They also can become stronger when the bestowed use their aspectos.

The most important part of Aspecto was that the more the user learned and understood it, the dragon also learned it.

This indicated that Vera has new ways of using her scales by harnessing the sound of the fundamental force. The same with the other dragons Seth held hostage.

A dragon will forever be considered a baby unless they activate their voice. Their failure to do that can result in unexpected consequences.

Phase 4: Youngling Dragon has awakened their voice. They are stronger and know their ability very well.

They usually have a permanent territory where they oversee something.

The horse dragon alpha Seth battle was a Youngling dragon. His power and speed were impressive but the firepower wasn't the best aspect here but accurately utilization of the powers and also made combos.

All the dragons Seth fought till now are using one ability at a time. Even a simple tail swipe can't be paired with a dragon claw.

But the alpha can stack different skills together and even go for a body strike.

Seth was only able to freeze it after he made him look at the Tome Of Silence. But even that broke when the alpha used his Dragon Breath to escape.

Seth was about to step forward when Vera spoke.

~I know you have no plans to release us but let us bargain. Your strength is known but your weakness is glaring, only by reducing it will you be called truly strong~

"What is it?" Seth asked amused. Vera, the sound dragon, was the smartest of the three and also the most petty. Everything that came out of her may be mocking or dubious, she despised him more with passion.

~Once they bypass your defence and reach your actual body. You are done for. Because you are the most fragile creature I ever met~

"I know that. But thank you for the reminder!" Seth mockingly said.

"I know you aren't fighting because you arrogantly feel you are invisible. Every attack and defence is calculated within the bound of not attracting a stronger foe. You knew that our elders wouldn't interfere as long as the injury wasn't severe. I hear every move and I see you are always dancing around the very thin line of limits.~
