Finn Lewis was at a loss for words, feeling as though this guy seemed to care less about his own life than Finn did. However, Gregory Worthington’s attitude did help Finn to relax a bit. “Don’t worry. Since you have advanced methods at hand, I believe you must have a way to prevent me from revealing your secret,” Worthington nodded and replied.

Worthington’s straightforward agreement made Finn slightly incredulous. Who knows what you could achieve with the resources I provide, given the incredible things you managed to put together with junk parts in a mental institution, causing a whole block’s transformer to go out of service. “Hi, Mr. Lewis. Regarding Mr. Worthington, I was wondering if it would be possible for me to take him overseas? After all, many of the research instruments we lack are not available here,” Finn got straight to the point.

A scientist like Worthington would definitely be under surveillance. Otherwise, he would not have looked the way he did when he first met Finn. Of course, why Worthington initially chose not to work for the state is something Finn didn’t want to know. Maybe it was truly for simple reasons like Jack suggested? However, Finn didn’t want to dig deeper. What he wanted to know is whether he could take Worthington out of the country.

Not everyone in the world can have their personal freedom. Someone like Worthington lost his personal freedom as soon as he displayed his unusual aptitude. Of course, Finn’s sure Worthington understands this well.

After Finn asked, the other side of the phone went completely silent. Jack was clearly pondering something and after a while opened with, “Can’t he do his work here?”

“No, if he’s to conduct his researches, using regular lab instruments is a total waste. And frankly, the advanced experimental apparatus is only available in our organization’s laboratories, which are simply nowhere to be found outside. Many of these instruments are custom-made,” Finn said directly.

“Thanks,” Finn responded briefly, avoiding saying too much. After hanging up, Finn turned to Worthington and said, “Jack has agreed. I can take you away. So we can clear some things up between us. Firstly, once I bring you along, you’ll learn many of my secrets.”

“For example, you are the founder of the Hustle Spot?” Worthington suddenly asked.

Finn was stunned. It wasn’t strange that Worthington knew about the Hustle Spot since Finn had already told him things, and Worthington had a high level of clearance so he knew a lot that ordinary people didn’t. “Haha, you should welcome me into the organization, right?” Worthington said with a smirk, extending his right hand. Finn rolled his eyes, extended his hand, and shook hands with him.
