"Old friend, I never expected to see you again," Tian Xin said, landing not far from Lin Shen with a smile on his face.

Now Tian Xin was in no hurry. In fact, he felt like having a good chat with Lin Shen, to reminisce about the "good old days" they had spent together.

This was the territory of his aunt Tian Xun, and once she arrived, Tian Xin planned to show Lin Shen what the power of a great family truly meant.

"I really didn't expect it either," Lin Shen said, smiling as well. He also wasn't in a rush, examining Tian Xin with his gaze.

Noticing Lin Shen's look, Tian Xin thought with a sneer, "You bastard, still thinking of targeting this young master? Today, I'll have you spit out everything you owe me, with interest."

"How come you're here?" Tian Xin asked with a beaming smile, as if a senior leader was showing concern for a junior.

"Couldn't make it at home, so I had to strike out on my own. What about you? Why are you here?" Lin Shen asked politely. After all, this was the benefactor who had contributed many good things to him, and who might contribute again today. With no merit, there is still hard work; he couldn't hurt his feelings.

"That's what I thought. There's something wrong with your style. You're always causing trouble outside, and sooner or later you're going to cross someone you can't afford to offend. Now you've found trouble, haven't you?" Tian Xin could hardly contain his glee at hearing Lin Shen was no longer able to get by at home.

"Heh heh, little trash, you think just because you can't make it at home, you can get by out here? Too naive. Today, big brother here will teach you how to behave."

Little Lin, I have to say, one must be kind-hearted. You have to work hard on your own, not always think about stealing from others.

"So you're saying you have friends on Giant Ring Star too?" Lin Shen had been talking nonsense with Tian Xin for half a day, just to find out if Tian Xin had any connection with the Celestials here.

If he had no relation to Tian Xun, Lin Shen could go ahead and open the mystery box to see what good things Tian Xin had brought him this time.

If Tian Xin was related to Tian Xun or was one of her subordinates, it wouldn't be so easy to act.

"Meeting an old friend, what gift have you brought?" After laughing, they both looked at each other and spoke in unison.

"Little Tian Xin, you're the one who's off base here. You come to visit big brother, it's certainly you who should bring the gifts," Lin Shen said seriously.

"Yeah, and they're not insignificant," Lin Shen nodded.

Tian Xin sneered inwardly, thinking, "How significant can your connections be, to be greater than my aunt's? Posing with that act, trying to scare me, huh?"

Tian Xin, seeing that Tian Xun had yet to arrive, decided he needed to play the fool to find out exactly what connections Lin Shen had on Paradise Island before cutting them down.

With that thought, Tian Xin feigned surprise, "You have contacts in a place like Paradise Island? I've been worried about this lately, afraid I'll be assigned to the Pioneer Corps. I don't know what kind of connections you have, but getting me into Paradise Island as a Soldier Guard or something would be enough—as long as it's not the Pioneer Corps."
