Red spread its claws, revealing pale yellow fire spike rings. It controlled two palm sized fire spike rings, striking fiercely at the Blood Devouring Spider's fangs. Their figures darted around the area, each collision sending ripples outward.

The sound of metal clashing echoed repeatedly until a final explosive boom filled the air. The fire spike rings and the Blood Fangs shattered simultaneously, and the force of the explosion drove both spirit beasts apart.

"This is just the beginning. Blood Devouring Spider, use the Blood Storm to tear that Cat apart!"

Hearing Silver Van's cold command, the Blood Devouring Spider spread its eight slender legs wide, lifting high off the ground. It then spun rapidly like a high speed top, rising with a howl. Blood red energy winds swirled around it, spinning madly and emitting a piercing sound.

In response, Red's fiery tail bounced against the ground, spinning quickly as well. A fiery whirlwind formed rapidly around it, meeting the oncoming blood colored storm head on.

In the next moment, under many tense gazes, the two differently colored whirlwinds collided with a heavy impact.

The two spirit beasts, transformed into whirlwinds, carried surging spiritual power and collided heavily, sweeping energy waves that caused cracks in the surrounding rocks.

As the energy dissipated, in the midst of those cracks, the Three tail sun blaze cat's right claw was raised above its head, resisting the piercing legs of the Blood Devourer Spider. The cold, sharp claws reflected its fierce eyes.
