So she was really glad that Emma survived.

"Well, I benefitted from this trouble," Emma said with a big smile as she shared her awakened innate talent with everyone.

"Let's beat him," Natalia snickered.

"Alright, alright, the exit portal is here, but we are just waiting for rewards. We'll exit once they appear and won't distribute them right now," Lily said as everyone looked at her.

"That's right. I'll take the floor boss reward chest for now, and only Almond can access the party chest, but he is deep in sleep. From the heroic floor boss's chest, it'll be up to him on what he will distribute, got it?"

"That's how it should be," Marcus nodded with a serious expression. "All damage was done by him, and with the way he fought and powered up, there's really no need for this big of a party for him if he wants to defeat the Heroic Boss."

"It does feel like I'm leeching off him," Anya weakly smiled.

"I agree," Noah nodded. "This was my second heroic challenge with him, and it just shows my unnecessary existence in this party. The contribution rewards and Almond being able to make his special items are more than enough for us based on how little most of us contribute to the fight."

"Maya and Natalia are the main players, while Lily does her job to reduce the boss' defense the most so Almond's attacks can finish off the challenge. The rest are extras," Kira wryly smiled.

"Everyone," Lily said as she swept her glance at everyone, "You all contributed, and it's true that we've beaten Heroic Challenge with a way lower number before. But Almond included all of you to make sure Maya and Natalia's control skills can strike the boss, just like how Adrian's attack smashed him on the ground, and Julian's quick action prevented him from getting out of Amir's timely wind gust wave so that the spirit wraiths could rampage on him."

Pausing a bit, she continued.

"It's true that we all can't contribute equally, but we are doing what we can, and that increases our chance of victory while lowering the chance of casualty, which was all thanks to Marcus this time," Lily's eyes turned sharp. "So if you want to continue to the next heroic floor bosses, make sure to hone your expertise, a set of moves that can contribute to the fight significantly."

"Even us on the last rank got a Legendary gear set?" Ron said with a dumbfounded expression as he snapped out of the reverie that the ranking rewards sent him. "That's well over worth it considering our contribution was shit! It's a freaking legendary-gear set!"

Turning to Jian and others, he added, "No offense."

"There's no denying the truth," Emma said, her face turning determined, "But I won't stay at the last rank next time."

"That's right," Anya clenched her fists.

"By the way, I used the Grand Abyss Labyrinth roulette ticket, and I got nothing," Xavier wryly smiled.

"What, you got nothing? Damn, Let me try," Finn said as he also eagerly opened his first-ever GAL ticket. "My luck is pretty good in gambling, so I might get something good, haha."

"This Elemental Imprint Box is awesome, guys! Check it out," Natalia exclaimed as she checked this new item.

"Yeah," Maya nodded. "It's the most valuable item this time."

"The exit portal will stay open for five hours anyway, how about we camp for a bit, eat, and open the rewards?" Marcus said with a grin, "Since we are leaving, I want to open all the GAL tickets I've gathered."

"Same," Maya nodded, her eyes displaying excitement.

"So we are going to have a party, but without including the leader ?" Kira crossed her arms as she cutely snorted.

But then she grinned and added, "Well, we can have a real party with Almond outside, the one with drinks and a fun place."

"Great idea!" Talia grinned. "I know a fun place in Duchender City."

"I also know about one in Sandglass City."

"We are from different cities, so we'll decide the place later. For now, let's start camping and preparing for food," Lily said. "I want Almond to eat something good after he wakes up because he'd be super hungry."

"The wife has spoken! Everyone, let's get to work," Natalia cheekily grinned.

Everyone camped and prepared for a feast with everything that was left in their storage bags.

After cooking and eating an hour later, everyone opened their various rewards, sharing their legendary gear set and items and using the Grand Abyss Labyrinth Tickets.

Unfortunately, nobody got anything ground-breaking. Natalia got the most valuable item from using up her tickets—a universal skill upgrade card.

Some got tier-1 Artifact, some got S-rank skill, and some got Epic-rank items, though nobody got any Legendary items.

Lily didn't open her tickets because she wanted to do it with Almond.

Time passed, and everyone left when two hours remained until the exit portal's disappearance.

Lily also sent away Natalia, Marcus, and Maya, the OG team that entered together.

She waited beside Almond to let him rest as much as possible. If he didn't wake up, then she would take him out of Labyrinth in the last five minutes.

But Almond woke up when half an hour was left until the exit portal's disappearance.

His stomach immediately rumbled.

"Phew, now I'm feeling better," Almond rubbed his temples and saw Lily as he smiled. "Good morning. I guess we are still in the heroic boss area."

"We still have half an hour until the exit portal disappears," Lily nodded with a smile. "Wait here, I'll heat the food and bring it here. We made some good food dishes since Emma and Ron turned out to be real good at cooking."

As Lily went outside, Almond looked at some new changes that he was feeling.
