Quick Transmigration: The Villainess Is a Sweetheart

Chapter 30

Chapter 30

It was clear he was looking for trouble.

Jiang Yan asked, "Do you know who I am?"

That Yellow-Haired Man had obviously gotten the wrong idea, grinning and playing along: "You're the school's acknowledged beauty. If you stick with me, that'll definitely give you some clout..."

As he spoke, his lecherous hands reached out towards Jiang Yan.

Jiang Yan avoided him with a cold expression, shouting to the Director who had just come out of the stairs, "Teacher! He's trying to bully me!"

Their Director was over fifty years old, his hair graying, and he despised such behavior more than anything else in his life. Upon hearing this, he took two big steps forward, his gaze sharp and extremely stern.

No need to describe the scene, especially since the Yellow-Haired Man was still unbelievably questioning Jiang Yan: "You dare tell the teacher on me!"

"This is a school!" the Director immediately grabbed him by the collar, telling Jiang Yan, "You're from Class 2 in the Liberal Arts department, right? Don't be afraid, go back first, I'll deal with him."

Thus, Jiang Yan casually turned and left under the Yellow-Haired Man's resentful gaze.

The Yellow-Haired Man felt Jiang Yan didn't understand the rules – who tells the teacher at this age?

But the Director clearly understood the rules even less, not only making him clean the toilets for three days and write a 5,000-word self-criticism, but also informing his parents.

No matter how unruly the Yellow-Haired Man acted outside, it was always hidden from his parents. But now it was laid bare before his father, who immediately told him to wait, docked his allowance, and might even give him a beating.

The Yellow-Haired Man was indignant, but even worse was still to come.

After all, once their Director took action, it was always a sweeping move. The Yellow-Haired Man's attempt to bully Jiang Yan was the talk of the school.

Naturally, it also reached Gu Yuming's ears.

That afternoon after school, Gu Yuming sent someone to find the Yellow-Haired Man. The Yellow-Haired Man didn't know the connection, thinking he had caught this person's attention for being punished by the Director. He thought to himself, might as well ask for help.

"You went to find Jiang Yan?" Gu Yuming asked expressionlessly.

The Yellow-Haired Man remained oblivious, flattering, "Bro, help me teach her a lesson. What 'school beauty', she's just got a pretty face, but that nasty attitude of hers... Oww!"

Before he could finish, Gu Yuming kicked him to the ground.

The Yellow-Haired Man didn't know what hit him, the pain making him want to cuss loudly.

But when he saw Gu Yuming's expression, he suddenly couldn't get a single word out. Gu Yuming exuded a terrifying aura of menace, gloomy and horrifying like a dead man.

"Who gave you permission to go after her?" Gu Yuming demanded coldly, though it wasn't really a question, just a venting of his fury.

"You remember this, Jiang Yan is not someone you can touch."

"If you dare show your face in front of her again, I'll break your legs, believe it or not."

"Get out."

The Yellow-Haired Man was beaten up and ran away, his butt dragging on the ground.

He couldn't figure out how that school beauty could be connected to Gu Yuming. Stewing over it, he suddenly got an idea.

It was the idea he learned from Jiang Yan – tell the teacher.

The Yellow-Haired Man limped to the Director's office, but when he opened the door, there was only a tall male student in a neat uniform organizing documents inside.

The Yellow-Haired Man had some impression of him, knew he was the model student who often gave speeches under the red flag, Ji Chu.

"Hey kid, do you know where the Director is?" the Yellow-Haired Man asked.

But that person looked up, and upon seeing him, suddenly revealed a strange expression, like spotting prey that had wandered in on its own.

"The Director went out, what did you need to find him for?" Ji Chu asked slowly.

The Yellow-Haired Man thought he was overthinking it, and said, "I'm reporting that Gu Yuming beat someone up, when will he be back?"

The Yellow-Haired Man's bruised and swollen face made it clear who Gu Yuming had beaten up.

Ji Chu examined him carefully, as if observing whether those injuries were serious enough.

Just as the Yellow-Haired Man thought he was mocking him and was getting angry, Ji Chu spoke leisurely, "Come fill out the report details."

The Yellow-Haired Man swallowed his anger and walked over, thinking he'd settle this first before anything else. He picked up a pen to write, but in his peripheral vision, he spotted his own name on the documents in Ji Chu's hands.

The Yellow-Haired Man paused, suspicious, "What's that in your hand?"

"Oh." Ji Chu showed him the stack of complaints, each with a different name in the signature but all reporting Hu Chengqi.

Hu Chengqi was the Yellow-Haired Man's full name, given by the master his tycoon father hired when he was born, saying he was destined for great things. Little did he know his son was doing all these dirty deeds outside.

The Yellow-Haired Man was so shocked he swore twice, reaching out to snatch them.

Ji Chu looked slim and gentle, but was easily able to stop his movement, then looked down at him with disdain, "These are all going to the Director. You know how many bad things you've done, you have no one to blame but yourself for going after the wrong person."

"I can gather a whole set like this, then gather a second set, you know what to do, right?"

Ji Chu tilted his head, his originally clear voice lowered to sound rather cold.

The only person the Yellow-Haired Man had recently gone after was Jiang Yan. It was obvious who Ji Chu was here for. Hu Chengqi tucked his tail and wanted to transfer schools, but the school got there first by issuing his expulsion notice.

When Hu Chengqi was expelled, many of his former victims breathed a sigh of relief.

Jiang Yan only heard about it in passing, but Ji Chu took the matter to heart.
