Outside the Sky Heart Galaxy, the world roused as the phenomenon of a Worldly Awakening of a True Saint emerged. While the awakening lacked tangible substance, not forming a sufficient connection to generate World Runes, the commotion was enough to stir the souls of any observer.

Normally, a simple showcasing of an alchemist's Alchemic Stars was sufficient to flaunt their skill, but this possessed far greater fanfare and was often used by alchemists to establish their legitimacy and strength within the Alchemic Dao.

The middle-aged cultivator, an Original Magistrate of high quality amongst those in the Heavenly Saint Phase, the Sixth Stage of the Mystic Ascendant Realm, was astonished to the point of becoming speechless, only releasing some stammering and low mutterings of incoherent words. After his Incarnation was destroyed by a single attack, he was cautious and fearful of those aboard the Minor Elysium, especially after the bold claim of killing a Sage was made!

As a cultivator who served under an Enlightened Sage, he was quite knowledgeable about how difficult it was to kill a Sage. It was far, far more difficult than killing a normal Ascended being. It wasn't just a matter of cultivated power or experience but their means acquired at the Ascended Saint Phase and the True Sage Phase.

The middle-aged man wasn't the only one unnerved by the flourishing phenomenon of the Alchemic Dao before them or the destruction of his Incarnation, the crew was equally as shaken and terrified by the discovery, especially how hasty they retreated and how far they observed the situation with all of their concealment formations activated to the extreme. Those regulating and operating these formations felt shaken by the sensation of being sent a spiritual transmission.

This meant that their formations to obfuscate their spiritual auras were ineffective and their various formations were useless. Was this Worldly Saint Alchemist a Sage or an Enlightened Sage? Or...a legendary...

Many gulped at the mere thought of the possibility.

The middle-aged man didn't dare dawdle and made a hasty yet detailed report lest Sage Springfield's plans were ruined by any delay of his. A sparkle of rainbowish spiritual light traversed the Dark Void toward a location far, far away.

When Wei Wuyin saw this, he calmly dispersed the alchemic phenomenon. This was the first time he had used this ability in a practical sense. This was one of the seven base abilities of the Alchemic Stars, one of its four sub-abilities classified-Phenomenon Manifestation.

However, it was executed using the Alchemic Stars of Mortal Spirituality, not the Alchemic Stars of Spiritual Transcendence or Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity. If he had, he was aware that he could emulate the phenomenon to a greater, realistic effect, even rousing the world in a limited range to generate a genuine Worldly Awakening of a True Saint at the cost of lifespan.

The greater his Alchemic Dao, the greater the seven base abilities elevated.

"I really don't get enough opportunities to use the Alchemic Stars' abilities. I haven't used the unique ability of the Alchemic Stars of Spiritual Transcendence nor the power of Transcendent Purity either, which is quite terrifying. Hm. That said, each of the seven abilities-Mortal Annihilation, Mortal Spirit Moulding, the Creation of Fragmented Souls, Unity of the Alchemic Stars, Cessation of Concoction, Phenomenon Manifestation, and Curse of the Alchemic Stars have all evolved with each progression in terms of ease of usage and potential effects."

When Wei Wuyin evolved his Alchemic Stars from Spiritual Transcendence to Transcendent Purity, his seven stars that had gained a nucleus of Mysticism merged as a singular entity, and this was reflective of its newly acquired ability that Wei Wuyin had sensed before after delving into the depths of its profound powers. It was called: Idle Mysticism.

After excavating this ability's effects over the years, Wei Wuyin was once again reminded of why Alchemists were renowned for being utterly terrifying to offend, and perhaps their revered reputations weren't solely derived from their ability to concoct products, but their ability to derail a cultivator's entire future with vindictive ire.

All of these abilities were innately acquired by the blessing of the Alchemic Dao, but there were other means that the Alchemic Stars allowed, such as Condensing Alchemy, Bestowing Dao, the ability to create Alchemic Runes like Inherited Spiritual Wisdom Runes acquired by Qingye Ying from the Myriad Transformations Alchemi Saint or the Rune of Transcendence which could emulate the Eighth Source Transcendence Spell over a long, long period naturally, two of seven potential runes. It was the ability that Wei Wuyin had felt was hidden years ago, and he had properly studied each of the seven runes.

The Alchemic Stars of Transcendent Purity, Idle Mysticism, was enough to make one's blood run cold and their dreams become sweat-inducing nightmares, and this wasn't even considering the heights by which the elevation of the three core abilities-Mortal Annihilation, Mortal Spirit Moulding, the Creation of Fragmented Souls-and the four sub-abilities-Unity of the Alchemic Stars, Cessation of Concoction, Phenomenon Manifestation, and Curse of the Alchemic Stars-allowed them to reach.

For example, Wei Wuyin could, at the cost of lifespan and Utmost Purity Mist, emulate the Worldly Awakening of a True Saint. When producing top-tier Alchemic Knights or Dao Protectors, this was essentially a guided path to the Worldly Saint Phase!

"You really know how to show off, huh?" Young Master Shang chuckled while admiring the fading phenomenon. Despite Wei Wuyin's age and cultivation, he carried himself with the majesty of an experienced cultivator and possessed the vast means and enigmatic abilities of one, enough to continuously fool Mystic Overlords into believing he was a Sage or an existence beyond the Mystic Ascendant Realm.

It was difficult not to fall for it despite Wei Wuyin never admitting to it, especially given how strange Wei Wuyin's body was which made it feel like sensing his qualities was like entering the Void. If he hadn't exposed his aura during their first meeting, Young Master Shang would have believed it too!

Wei Wuyin shrugged. Now that the message had been sent, he would have to wait here. Hopefully, it didn't take too long. Shifting his gaze, he observed the Sky Heart Galaxy, and then his gaze shifted to his left arm as he lifted his sleeve.

His eyes flickered imperceptibly as he read the characters on his arm. "The Magi lineage must allow me to read these sinful characters and the other extraordinary characters. I'm certain of it. But I hadn't seen these on my right arm when I was younger, did they all occur instantly?"

The fact that the Bloodline of Sin was giving away clues felt like it diminished the Rite of Sin's purpose by alerting the cultivator and granting them time to prepare themselves. Only by explaining that other Inheritors of Sin, those who were in the Realm of Sages, were unable to read these characters would it make sense to him, but he wasn't 100% certain, only 99% after hearing Wei Si's depiction of Magi. This was especially after seeing the seven triggers and types of lust that he was able to better answer the following question.

Wei Wuyin's heart grew vigilant as he readied himself to flee from the Wall of Heaven from the Rite of Sin. He didn't dare follow any of the others due to this, fearing that the Wall of Heaven would scale with his cultivation base or overall strength observed by the heavens. Given that he flaunted his abilities of six Minor Authorities of Law at once before the heavens and the World, he was concerned about the catastrophic disaster that would unfold.

And he didn't dare try to ascend prior to overcoming this Rite of Sin's challenge. What if it struck during his tribulation? What if it eradicated his soul while he was preoccupied? He didn't dare to carelessly risk it.

As for Young Master Shang, if it began, he would toss him into his Saint Ring like Luo Ning and the others alongside the Minor Elysium. He couldn't allow it to be swept into the chaos and destroyed.

Unfortunately, his display of abilities beneath the heavens likely caused the Heavenly Daos to be unable to properly find any opportunities for him either. He hadn't used his Karmic Luck in a long while. Perhaps that Edict Seed might have been a potential opportunity orchestrated for him or someone else, but he had seized it with his own abilities, so there wasn't much to speak of there.

He didn't know when the Heavenly Daos would bestow him another opportunity to exploit, but he did know that when it did occur, given what he'd shown, the fortuitous encounters should exceed any of his expectations.

After several minutes, his left eyebrow lifted curiously. Where was it?

A vague winged shadow from beyond the Sky Layer was heading for the planet at meteoric speeds!
