My Journey to Godhood as a Caterpillar

Chapter 195: Expanding territory

Chapter 195: Expanding territory

Now that he had full control of his sect he was ready to expand his territory!

He looked down at all of the disciples that were pretty much idolizing him at this point due to the mind-washing he had done to them.

It was time to give out the orders of expansion!

Yun Jhin opened his mouth and started:

"This is the time our sect is the most prosperous, disciples are everywhere in the headquarters but it seems that our place is a little bit too small to handle any future recruitments... and you all should understand what I mean by this."

The vast crowd stopped kowtowing as they kneeled to Yun Jhin and they said in unison:

"We shall do as the patriarch commands! For the glory of the patriarch and the blood throne sect!"

All of these people became Yun Jhin's little minions that he could control however he wanted.

Yun Jhin nodded as he smiled at them and waved his hand indicating that they should all scatter and go for the time, he would gather them again when it was time to act.

He would first need to assess the surrounding organizations to see which he could first target and conquer to add more territory, slaves, and prisoners to his sect.

Yun Jhin disappeared along with the elders and grand elders as they went to do their jobs while he arrived below the dark palace with a map and some intel that the 'ancestors' had prepared for him.

The map was filled with small pictures that were the icons of the sects or organizations, there were skulls of different animals or human skulls, birds, swords, or other things like that.

The skull pictures were from the evil sects, the swords or weapons meant that they were either merchants or Bazaars, animals or birds meant that they were miscellaneous sects that could be either righteous or evil.

As he looked over the map he realized that not many good people lived around him which was what he wanted, if he attacked righteous sects they would think he would start a war with them but fighting other evil sects could be considered as infighting and the righteous sects loved seeing infighting.

Yun Jhin shook the map as it disappeared and he appeared above the dark palace, his eyes wandered over the sect grounds as his voice was projected to every disciple in the sect:

"Our first target will be the Baazar that's under the control of the Deer Antlers sect."

All of the disciple's eyes started to glow as they got the information and Yun Jhin started to wave his hands into the air, his ki spurted out of his body like a fountain as he created a gigantic purple ship that could house all 10 million disciples, but he only took around half of them inside as he didn't need that many disciples to take over the Baazar under the Deer Antlers sect control, from what he gathered the Baazar was of a smaller scale than the one he got.

He then absorbed all of the disciples into the ship as it started to fly at immense speeds towards the direction of the Baazar, with taking down the Baazar he would then attack the Deer Antlers sect as well hitting two birds with one stone!

The other disciples got their own jobs to do while the 3,000 spies were all sent back to report both truth and lies to their original masters.

Yun Jhin stood at the prow of the ship overlooking the stars that were disappearing in his vision, he took in a deep breath as the ki of the universe entered the ship passively, after he created the ship he didn't need to continue using his ki to let it exist. The ship was rather fast but it had no defensive capabilities as it was a pure ki construct and it was only meant for quick transportation and ambushes.

As time passed Yun Jhin could finally hear the hubbub of the Baazar, this was his new target and it was called the Auspicious Cauldron Deer Baazar.

It wasn't much different compared to the one he conquered beforehand but it was only of a smaller scale as it was on a medium to the lower-ranked planet and thus it had worse customers and worse products, Yun Jhin decided to start small and make his way up considering that he needed to temper the disciples as well he wouldn't send them on a deadly conquest from the first time or there would be quite a lot of deaths and he didn't want to waste his cannon fodder yet, as he gained more and more resources and conquered more locations his disciple count would increase and he would have an easier time sending them to their deaths for 'tempering'.

Yun Jhin's body started to glow for a short second before the whole ship disappeared as if it was never there, he used his superior stealth technique that had evolved after reaching the God Realm and hid the ship along with him, the ship arrived above the Bazaar as all of his disciples disembarked instantly.

Yun Jhin remained hidden above the planet as he closed his eyes and let the disciples unleash themselves on those below him.

***************************

Fires scattered everywhere as the scent of decay and death appeared in the Baazar, the crazy cultists of the blood throne sect attacked indiscriminately no matter if they were women, children, or elderly.

They killed those obstinate enough to stand in their paths and captured those who submitted just like Yun Jhin's instructed them during the travel time.

It didn't take much time for the guards and people that the Deer Antlers sect had installed at the Baazar to arrive and fight it out with Yun Jhin's people.

Unfortunately, Yun Jhin sect had arrived at the medium ranks even though it was newly created and the Deer Antlers sect could be only considered to be of a lower rank meaning that it only had this Baazar because the other sects didn't find it profitable enough.

But Yun Jhin didn't have a problem with the lack of resources on the planet, he could use his techniques and experience to make the place profitable, even though those people who were now in power were not smart enough nor ruthless enough to use those options that didn't mean Yun Jhin wouldn't do it!

The attack of the guards left by the Deer Antlers sect was like an ant trying to stop an elephant, the disciples of Yun Jhin's sect were extremely ruthless after getting their minds washed.

A few sturdy men from the Deer Antlers sect got ripped in two the moment they tried to stop the rampaging disciples who were either capturing or killing people, the others started to turn green at the grisly sight but they didn't back down as they fought with whatever they could trying to take the attackers down in a kamikaze attack.

Suddenly some of Yun Jhin's people started to die as the boss that overlooked the whole Bazaar appeared!

He was an old man with a sturdy back who looked to be middle-aged at the first glance of his body but his facial features showed that he was truly old along with the fact that both his short beard and crew-cut hair were white.

He wore a green robe and he had deer antlers at the top of his head which showed that he was a hybrid between a heavenly deer and a human.

Yun Jhin analyzed him for a few seconds before shaking his head, his cultivation was only around the 5th stage of the sage realm but his strength was way above Yun Jhin's disciples, after all, only his elders and grand elders were stronger than this person which meant that Yun Jhin had to interfere.

The old man glanced at the attacking offenders who didn't stop even though their comrades were obliterated, it was like they didn't know what fear was!

While Yun Jhin's mind washing was strong it wasn't at the level that these people could forget what fear was but their faith in Yun Jhin was extreme to the level of fanaticism and knowing that he was overlooking them from above made them not fear anything!

The old man opened his mouth to say something as he waved his hand at the same time trying to eradicate more disciples only for his words to be stuck in his throat.

His words tried to come out as he looked in front of him, all he could see was an armored person with a horned helmet, all he could see were his dark red eyes which glowed with a hellish light that inspired so much fear in him that he almost pissed himself on the spot!

Yun Jhin only needed one look to take the man's soul away before his body crumpled to the ground where it was dismembered to pieces by the ravenous disciples of the blood throne sect, all of the brainwashed disciples got the advanced techniques of the sect which required the fresh blood of strong cultivators or blood of special constitutions to be cultivated.

Yun Jhin overlooked the whole thing happening, he had a big smile under his helmet as he glanced down at the continuous death that was happening below him, it seemed that while the Deer Antlers sect was of the lower rung their people were rather hardy and obstinate.

Yun Jhin shook his head as he saw them getting killed, while he didn't mind the disciples getting some power-ups through the cultivation technique he taught them it was better to get slaves and prisoners but some people were harder to mind wash, they also had to eat what Yun Jhin gave them without knowing what would happen to them, considering all of his disciples thought it was just a banquet they all became easily brainwashed.

Yun Jhin waved his hand stopping all of the fires in the surrounding buildings and projected his voice to the whole planet:

"This place is now under the ownership of the blood throne sect! All profits beyond 60% of the annual income of your shops will be handed to the appointed person, every owner of their shops will remain the same but they will have to pay double the taxes they paid to the previous owners!"

While Yun Jhin could take all of the profit from the owners of the shops and kill them while replacing them with his own people it was better for him to leave some spots open or else this would attract unneeded attention at this point. If he was too extremist in his way of doing things it wouldn't matter if the sects he attacked were evil or righteous as he would incur the wrath of everyone.

Yun Jhin's ship appeared again as the suction force took all of the disciples back onto it leaving only one of the stronger ones on the planet as the assigned person.

Yun Jhin looked towards the south as the stars there glittered brighter than normal and he didn't move an eyelid as the ship started flying towards the stars, now that he had taken over the Bazaar it was time to take over the Deer Antlers sect as well!
