Chapter 80: Chapter 80 - Quest to the Elite City

Freya showed Broken the virtual map, which displayed the complete Yunatea map with its six continents. She then focused on the bottom continent, referred to as The South Continent.

"Okay, so in the South Continent, there are five kingdoms standing," she explained.

Broken nodded in agreement, feeling that his knowledge of the overall area of Yunatea wasn't as good as he thought.

However, he still knew that in the South Continent, the Dissidia Kingdom remained the most advanced and wealthiest kingdom. This was because Dissidia Kingdom was located in the northwestern region of the South Continent, directly connecting with both the West Continent and the Central Continent.

Why was the port city that connected directly to the Central Continent so important? It was because in the Central Continent lay the most advanced, wealthiest, and most powerful kingdom across the entire land of Yunatea, a kingdom led by the High-Elf race, rumored to have a queen who was the original holder of the Blessing of Pride.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

But let's set aside the Original Divine Champion for now and return to the South Continent. There were five kingdoms in the South Continent, with the Dissidia Kingdom situated in the northwestern part, making their position highly strategic and granting them more benefits than the territories of the other four kingdoms in the South Continent.

"The South Continent is split into five kingdoms," Freya reiterated, emphasizing her point. "Dissidia Kingdom, where we are now, sits at the northwest part of the South Continent, directly linked to both the West and Central Continents. It's the most advanced kingdom here due to its strategic position."

Broken nodded slowly, taking in the information. "Until now, I've only wandered around the small area of Dissidia Kingdom, so my knowledge isn't as extensive as the entire Yunatea map."

Freya smiled in response. "So, you should explore the entire Yunatea map, as I'm sure there are many extraordinary things yet to be uncovered in every region."

Broken agreed, seeing the appeal. "Yes, that sounds intriguing."

Freya nodded and continued, "Okay, moving to the eastern part of Yunatea, there's a kingdom called White Sands Kingdom."

Pointing at the map, Freya explained, "This is the White Sands Kingdom. It's situated to the east of Dissidia Kingdom, but there's a high mountain range between them. So, it's easier to reach by traveling along the northern coastline, skirting the wilderness."

The Dissidia Kingdom and White Sands Kingdom were divided by a range of towering mountains, formidable barriers that were hard to cross. Only the upper regions or the coastal areas provided a feasible passage connecting these two realms. However, even the coastal areas weren't without their challenges. They had to traverse through a lengthy stretch of dense forest, known to be inhabited by high-level monsters.

"I assume this won't be an easy journey. Are we headed to the White Sands Kingdom, Freya? It'll be my first time venturing into another kingdom," Broken inquired.

"No, not yet." Freya shook her head.

She gestured towards the dense forest near the coastline, continuing her explanation. "Right here, in this dense forest," Freya pinpointed, indicating the area on the map, "there lies a small town, nestled close to the border of the White Sands Kingdom."

Broken listened intently, his expression serious as he absorbed the information. "And then?" Smiling at Broken's seriousness, Freya elaborated, "Yes, that town is known as Clario Town. It gained fame for hosting high-level players, many of whom established their base there. Positioned near prime hunting spots and the boundary between two kingdoms, Dissidia and White Sands, it became a gathering spot for players seeking stronger parties." "Okay, go on?"

Freya continued, "The Vine Horror Treant, a raid boss, is the perfect target for you. It's an epic-grade monster with a level exceeding 150 and offers a high chance of dropping Orichalcum ore. This makes it an ideal target for gathering materials to craft the Moonvine Knuckles. That's the plan, Mr. Sloth Champion."

Broken tried to process Freya's explanation, and he double-checked the materials he needed to craft his Moonvine Knuckles.

[Moonvine Knuckles Blueprint]

[Grade: Elite ~ Unique]

[...]

[You will need some Orichalcum, an Elite-grade or higher monster core from a plant-type monster, some steel, and one super-rare Moonstone to craft these knuckles.]

[A hidden feature was discovered. You can exchange the Monster Core into a Monster Soul Stone in the materials for a high potential to gain a higher grade than the maximum grade available for this blueprint.]

[...]

He indeed required Orichalcum Ore, which he could obtain from this monster. Additionally, the monster was of Epic-grade, making it highly desirable if he could acquire its Monster Core or even its Monster Soul Stone.

However, the main challenge was that this monster was a raid boss with a minimum level of 150. To take it down, he would need a group of players, each at least level 150. He swallowed hard at the daunting prospect.

"A level 150 raid boss," he murmured, showing his concern to Freya.

Freya nodded slowly. "There are many parties hunting this monster, so you might get lucky and find a raid party willing to let you join."

This still posed a problem, as his current low level would make it difficult to join such a party. He would need to level up to 150, which would take a considerable amount of time. Despite this, he realized he needed to travel to the location and explore various ways to solve this

issue.

Freya smiled at Broken and tilted her head slightly. "Any thoughts?"

Broken nodded. "Not really, actually... Finding a high-level party might be a problem for me, but the presence of many high-level players there also presents an opportunity. I can focus on crafting armor and weapons and offer my services to those players. While gathering new resources and waiting for my level to rise, I could look for chances to join any party hunting the monster."

Freya giggled at his response. "If you had a friend who is higher than level 170, it would be even better. Yes, building up your connections in that area is a good strategy."

"Level 170?"

"Yes, from the information I gathered, the party that went to challenge this raid boss is on average of level 170 players. Indeed, the only players who have actually challenged this boss are veteran players." she explained.

The only high-level friend he had at the moment was Booba, but according to Freya, even a level 150 raid boss would require players with levels higher than that.

He knew that staying in Deadbay wouldn't help him improve quickly. The monsters nearby were all below level 100, and there weren't many experienced players around. Plus, he wasn't interested in offering his blacksmith services to the players in that city. Therefore, he made the decision to move to Clario Town and continue with his plan. He wanted to gather more resources and materials, and also find chances to hunt for materials to create his ultimate

crafting items.

"Alright, it's decided. We'll head to Clario Town today," he concluded.

"Great, I'm ready to go. I've already taken care of everything, including arranging for a

carriage to take us there," she replied enthusiastically.

As they prepared to set off, they noticed someone approaching from a distance, a woman who

seemed to be hurrying towards them.

"Is that girl looking for you, Broken?" Freya asked, tilting her head questioningly.
