The robe belongs to Heavenly Guardian Fei, while the wand was gifted by Sea God Lanyu.

Heavenly Guardian Fei said, "This robe is made from my scales. It can block any fire as long as you input qi in it. Well, the infamous black fire owned by Lord Ye is impossible to block, so don't try it at all."

"Child of Water. I will leave the protection of the land to you and your lover. Remember, what you can control isn't only water. All liquid in all forms can be controlled by you except for special mutations like the ice of your friend.
