Chapter 96 - 96 - Surprise
Soo Yin inhaled the scent of flowers with a big smile. The girl was very happy because her husband had given her a surprise with flower in the morning. She then arranged the flowers on the table.
"Morning, honey," Dae Hyun said as he hugged Soo Yin from behind. Feeling very homesick because he was not accompanied by her when he was overtime.
"Morning," Soo Yin said while leaning over to look at Dae Hyun.
"Thank you." With a flushed face, Soo Yin kissing her husband's cheek made Dae Hyun widened his eyes. He was happy that his little wife was a little more aggressive now.
"You look very happy today," Dae Hyun said.
"Of course, because this early morning you've already given me flowers and chocolates," Soo Yin said with a smile.
"Flower?" Dae Hyun didn't understand what his wife meant because he didn't give her flowers at all.
"Wasn't this flower from you?" Soo Yin took the flower and sipped it back.
"Oh, this ... yes of course I sent it." Dae Hyun was forced to lie because he didn't want to make his wife sad. Even so, he had never thought about sending chocolates and flowers in the morning.
Later he will find out who actually sent the flowers. Really, he was currently feeling very guilty. Suddenly remembered that it must be Park Soo Hyun who sent it.
"I never thought you were good at stringing words. Where did you learn?" Soo Yin asked.
"Words?"
"Wasn't this you who wrote it? Or could it be that you ordered someone else to write it?" Soo Yin said while showing the paper so that Dae Hyun could read it at a glance because Soo Yin closed it again.
"Of course that's my writing. At school I really liked literature," Dae Hyun said. In fact, he really hated literature because it gave him a headache to write.
There was no doubt that this must be from Park Soo Hyun because he was known to be very good at melting women's hearts with his poetry.
"Honey, do I have any schedule out today?" Dae Hyun asked, trying to change the subject. He didn't want to lie to his wife too much. Hopefully Park Soo Hyun didn't tell her.
Soo Yin immediately looked at the journal because she didn't remember her husband's schedule at all. Because oftentimes Chang Yuan was the one who took care of it.
"Tonight there's a dinner with Mr. Takashi, that's all. Didn't you worked overtime last night?" Soo Yin who was very curious said.
"No, I'm just overtime for a while. I'm lazy if it's Aeri who accompanies me. I prefer you to accompany me," Dae Hyun said while hugging his wife's back. Paired his head in Soo Yin's hair.
Soo Yin was amused by Dae Hyun's breath on the nape of her neck. Luckily, her cellphone suddenly vibrates so Soo Yin immediately releases herself from Dae Hyun's embrace. It was Jean who sent a message.
[Soo Yin, I want to meet you] Jean wrote.
[Ok, this afternoon we meet at the cafeteria] Soo Yin replied then put her cell phone back on the table.
"Who?" Dae Hyun asked curiously.
"Jean asked me to meet her, it seems like there is something she wants to talk about," Soo Yin said.
"I thought it was another man," Dae Hyun said.
Soo Yin pinched Dae Hyun's waist while pursed her lips.
"Ouch!" Dae Hyun exclaimed.
"So get rid of your bad thoughts. Quickly finish the piling up of work," Soo Yin muttered.
Dae Hyun kissed Soo Yin's lips briefly then immediately went to his seat. He was afraid that his wife would pinch him again.
===========================
As she promised with Jean, Soo Yin rushed to the cafeteria after lunch time. Soo Yin looked at Jean who was sitting daydreaming while biting her lower lip.
"Jean?" Soo Yin called while holding her friend's shoulder.
"Hi, you have come." Jean looked surprised by Soo Yin's presence.
"What's the matter? You look so restless?" Soo Yin asked while putting down the tray on the table.
"I ... I ... I was invited to a dinner by someone," Jean said, stuttered.
"Really? Tell me which man asked you?" Soo Yin was very excited when she heard the good news.
"Next time I'll tell you. Soo Yin, I don't know what kind of clothes to wear?" Actually Jean wanted to tell the truth, but she had promised to keep everything a secret.
"So you don't want to tell me the man?" Soo Yin looked disappointed that she didn't know who was it.
"That's not it, of course I would have told you but not now because we just met," Jean said.
"So you just met?" Soo Yin asked.
Jean nodded her head.
"But I have no clothes." Jean lowered her head, she didn't have enough money to buy a dress.
"No need to worry, I have some. Later you can use them," Soo Yin said.
"Really? Where did you get it?"
"I bought it when Dad was around," Soo Yin said while scratching her head which didn't itch.
"Then when I get home I'll go to your rented house," Jean said with a happy face.
"No, I will take it this afternoon because I will also accompany Mr. Dae Hyun to dinner together with one of his relatives." Soo Yin answered quickly. She forgot that Jean didn't know if she had moved.
"All right, thank you for helping me," Jean said.
"Don't hesitate, I'll help if you need help," Soo Yin said. She felt happy if she could help her friend.
======================================
In the afternoon Soo Yin called Chang Yuan to send her clothes. She had already contacted Aunt Xia first to get it in the cupboard.
"Hi, Jean!" Soo Yin called. Luckily she met her best friend right away, so she didn't have to look for her.
Jean turned her head towards Soo Yin while waving her hand. She just came out of a room.
"Here, put it on! I hope the size is right." Soo Yin handed the clothes she brought to Jean.
"Is this new?" Jean asked.
"No, it's been a long time. It's so small in my body that I never wear it," Soo Yin replied. Sometimes it was okay to lie for good things.
"But I feel bad." Jean thrusted back at Soo Yin.
"It's okay, don't hesitate, aren't we friends?" Soo Yin said.
"Thank you, you are the best." Jean was moved so she immediately hugged Soo Yin's body.
"Well, I have to come back soon because I still have work to do."
Jean watched Soo Yin leave behind the elevator door. She really felt lucky to have a friend like her.
==============================
Soo Yin immediately returned to her room because she has to prepare some documents that have to be brought for tonight. One of the regular guests from Japan invited them to talk about the advantages of investing in this hotel.
Soo Yin walked over to Dae Hyun who was busy at his desk.
"Are we going straight to the restaurant later?" Soo Yin asked to confirm it because she had to be prepared with her appearance.
Dae Hyun raised his face to look at his wife but Soo Yin looked away, a little nervous. Even though they had been making up for quite a while, Soo Yin still felt embarrassed when her husband looked at her.
"We'll be home soon to get ready," Dae Hyun said.
"Home?" Soo Yin asked. She didn't understand where to go home because Dae Hyun has two house.
"Going back to our house," Dae Hyun who could already guess his wife's thoughts replied.
"Very well," Soo Yin said.
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Tomorrow night mother invited you to dinner, I hope you will come," Dae Hyun said, hoping Soo Yin would come so she could get to know his family members.
"What for?" Soo Yin suddenly felt scared coming there. Especially after Park Ji Hoon found out about their relationship.
"Jo Yeon Ho wants to meet you. Actually, the kid has been whining for a long time to thank you," Dae Hyun said.
"Oh, but I'm scared," Soo Yin said while biting her lower lip.
"No need to worry, you have me by your side." Dae Hyun took his wife's hand and then held it.
"I'll try. If you're still busy I better go home alone. Later I'll ask Chung Ho to get me to you to the restaurant," Soo Yin said as she pulled her hand. She was still afraid that people would suddenly walk in to see them.
"No, I'll be done soon."
"Then I'll go back to my desk," Soo Yin said goodbye, if she continued to be there Dae Hyun might not finish doing his job.
"Hmmm," Dae Hyun said with a smile. He rubbed softly for a few moments on Soo Yin's cheek with his thumb.
Soo Yin immediately returned to her desk. Dae Hyun didn't want her to help with his work so Soo Yin played with her cell phone.
Beep ....
There was a message coming to her cell phone.
[Soo Yin, have you sent the money? Sorry if daddy impatient]
It turned out to be a message sent by Kim Nam.
