Heavenly Opposers

Chapter 174 174-Time For Some Past Revenge.

With his move the entire Rexion Empire took him in focus, the Emperor getting the news about him and when the Emperor focuses on him so does the enemy Empire and any other superpower that keeps an eye on the Rexion Empire, by now all the attention is on Azrail, everyone keeping an eye on the wonder kid that came from nowhere.

Of course, there is doubt everywhere but once the truth is proven the fear would rise, and Azrail knows more than enough tactics to make it look like a supremely powerful force is backing him up from the upper heavens, back then Azrail thrived from manipulating several powers to kill each and take advantage of it.

The people in the lower heaven are just snacks compared to the things he grew up dealing with.

"How much advantage did you take off the rumors?"

Azrail asked.

"I made enough profits"

Lan said with a thieving smile no doubt that she made several profits.

"How many are wishing to contact us?"

Azrail asked as he read through the documents that Lan gave him.

"Several, I even got an invitation from the Imperial, asking us to meet them as a belated birthday meeting for the prince"

"Oh, we did miss that"

Azrail replied, remembering about the party they should have attended.

"Among those asking for contact how many are worth getting close to?"

He asked while flipping the page of the document, he was still reading on.

"A few of them are worth it, if we play our card right we will be able to make a profit"

Lan said, as her eyes too focused on other documents, silence fell between the two of them as only the sound of pages being flipped was heard.

"I will be leaving in a few hours, I plan on meeting you all in the capital"

Azrail suddenly said, which made Lan pause her movements for a second after which she continued.

"Dangerous?"

"A bit"

Azrail spoke, not lying, he had already promised himself to let his mother into his plans better.

"Will you get hurt?"

Lan asked.

"I will try not to"

He said.

"Good, if I see a scar I am placing the same on my body"

Lan said, making Azrail flinch for a moment, knowing that she was 100% serious with her words but this time he won't be backing down, he needs a shadow, one that will be his fail-safe and one that will be his true shadow and thankfully he already has one in mine, a person that Azrail owes a lot to.

"Don't worry, it's a small thing and I will meet you all soon"

Azrail said suddenly vanishing from the room, making Lan raise her head from the documents and look at where Azrail was with worried eyes which soon turned to shock.

"Damn! that brat left me to deal with his issue!"

She quickly realized Azrail's move, though in the end she only chuckled at it, knowing that Azrail was doing all this to keep her mind at times focused away from work.

.....

'Sigh.....I just hope she doesn't focus too much on work'

While lamenting Azrail floated deep within the sky, he didn't leave without any words, with his connection he had already given off his feelings to both Valencia and Xuanyin, the latter being extremely annoyed at his run.

'I will torture you a lot~'

A ruthless glint passed through Azrail's eyes as he looked in a certain direction, the one place that was the beginning of his hell, the place where he earned the skill [Forgotten].

Azrail flipped his hand as he took out a small-looking chariot, he wave it forward as it left his hand and started to get larger, becoming a huge chariot with an extravagant design, this is just one of the treasures that Azrail had gained. Without a word, he entered inside it and as always the inside was bigger.

Without any words, he sat inside, while his Qi surrounded the chariot inputting where he wanted to go, the chariot had a trembling sound after which it disappeared from where it floated going at break-net speed to the marked location.

'The core should be enough to supply power for 10 more travels'

Azrail opened his eyes after starting the chariot, one that is a marvel in the lower realm. He took a deep breath, holding back the excitement and killing intent brimming within his heart, one ready to blast out with great desire.

Within 'Heavenly Opposers' Azrail was mentioned as a small-scale villain, well how couldn't he? all he did was massacre without control on of both the first and second heaven, compared to true villains the kill-off realms and ending species he truly is just a small scale villain on the cosmic scale.

But then came the question, why wasn't he not captured? how did he keep escaping from all his kills?

It was all thanks to the 'skill' [Forgotten].

It wasn't a skill, while the other four he awakened in Ingrid might be unknown [Forgotten] is a result of an experiment that he had to go through, one done by the mad scientist, one that found him and made him go through such torture and pin that he became the slaughterer of the realms.

Closing his eyes everything seemed to flash through Azrail's mind, it was after the time that he lost everything, the time he was being treated worse than animals. he joined the dark side that gave him the technique that allowed him to get stronger from slaughter, it was then that he had the bad luck of matching that guy's eyes.

The guy protected by the organization, the mad scientist wanted heavily by the entire cosmos and unsurprisingly he was here, in this lower realm, in this Empire hiding away from all eyes, even the heavens.

.....

"Please just kill me...."

Azrail begged as he lay strapped on a cold metal table but what was chilling is the fact that he was opening up from the middle, his organs on display while a man with a mask was digging through his inside, seemingly fascinated.

All this while Azrail just lay there, his eyes bloodshot, his black hair shriveled, while he seemed to have lost all hope in his life.

....

"Just kill me already!"

He screamed with mania, every vein in his body was connected to a synergy that kept dripping unknown liquid down him, his body filled with stitches done poorly, seemingly not having much interest in his body.

"Interesting..."

The covered man spoke, looking at Azrail whose eyes burned with so much hate that his sanity was breaking, not like any such is left.

....

"Please.....please kill me"

Azrail begged again, this time again strapped to the table in a cross, though the difference is the fact that his flesh was opened up, his bones being seen while the covered man once again looked at it with wonder.

"This is interesting, I have never seen such a flexible bone structure before"

He said with wonder, testing the limits of Azrail's bone flexibility, treating Azrail like a toy.

(A/N: For those that don't remember, I have spoked at the beginning about Azrail having a flexible bone structure, one about him having a physique that isn't even useful to rank, helps him dual wield)
