In a moment of dire necessity, Shane made the critical decision to use their final trump card against the overwhelming tide of Survivor Zombies…

Although he knew that they could still win against such zombies, they would surely get casualties, or some of his people would surely turn into zombies.

"Not a bad decision…" Shinja commented that he could tell that dealing with Survivor Zombies was indeed too difficult, especially now that they didn't have a barrier that could protect them from a distance.

"Then this will be a quick battle, I guess…" Chaloem nodded as he readied for battle. He knew about Shane's final trap, which was meant to fight against any type of zombie. Once the opportunity came, he planned to show everyone how strong a monk like him could be.

That way, he might have a chance of converting some people to his belief.

"I hope that this is the right decision.

Anyway, the sheer number of Survivor Zombies left Shane with no choice but to drastically alter their tactics to ensure his people's survival. In any case, the final Zombie Horde would also be slightly affected by this trap.

As soon as Lucas heard Shane's words, he immediately perked up.

He was entrusted with this crucial task…

To trigger this trap, he had to use his Laser Sniper Rifle from his vantage point to fire a target!

Soon, he braced himself to trigger the explosives that would unleash a maelstrom of destruction upon their foes!

As the Survivor Zombies closed in, their gnarls and stinking flesh soon assaulted the defenders. Everyone held their weapons tightly as they waited for the trap to activate.

For those with long-range weapons, they also waited for a while. They waited until the Zombie reached the zone where they had to stay.

Suddenly, Lucas' rifle was shot, and the detonation of the trap rang out like a thunderclap, shattering the atmosphere created by the Survivor Zombies as the Grenade Launcher's ammunition erupted in a fiery blaze of chaos!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

These grenades, however, were not triggered like mines under the feet of the zombies. Instead, they destroyed something else from a distance!

The earth trembled beneath the force of the explosion, sending shockwaves everywhere…

It disrupted the Survivor Zombies for a moment, as they probably felt that something was about to come.

As the fiery tempest subsided, a deafening roar filled the air as the makeshift dam constructed from the river's flow gave way, unleashing a torrent of water that flooded the battlefield!

Indeed, the dam that the Super Soldiers had made before deliberately collapsed! Needless to say, Shane controlled the flow of water from the dam!

The once-dry ground was transformed into a quagmire of mud and debris!

The drenched terrain hindered the advance of the Survivor Zombies!

"Now!" Shane shouted.

The Survivor Zombies don't have any skills that could help them ignore the swamp they've entered. No matter how dangerous they were, as long as their feet were held up by the quagmire, they could do nothing about it and could only try to slowly advance.

They became sluggish and seemed disoriented…

Just like that, the terrain had changed, and the zombies found themselves ensnared by the swamp before them…

"So it was like this…" Lady Seraph, who had no idea about this trap, nodded in understanding.

"Good move… The Clan Leader had truly prepared for the worst, huh…" Raze muttered as she saw her small dragon nodding its head.

"This is amazing… Those Survivor Zombies were no match against us at this rate." Jaxon said as he agreed to Raze. Shane had truly planned their tactics really well.

Even among the elves, a sense of satisfaction washed over them as they saw the devastating results of their audacious gambit.

It was a good thing that they had some experts around, so the swamp wasn't too big or small. It was just enough to stop the charging Zombies!

Thalion and the others watched in awe as the battlefield was transformed into a watery grave for their undead opponents!

As the echoes of the explosion faded into the distance, the surrounding was suddenly filled by the distant moans of the trapped Survivor Zombies struggling in the murky depths.

They found themselves getting deeper and deeper as they moved to escape!

"Our leader is indeed impressive… Now, let's clean this up!" Eldric shouted as he raised his Great Hunter Bow…

The defenders of Shane's estate wasted no time in capitalizing on their advantage.

Shane watched as the elves notched their arrows and let fly a volley of deadly projectiles that found their marks easily against the Zombies...

Lady Seraph and her team, armed with crossbows, joined the fray, as they fired at the nearest Zombies, felling some of them in a few volleys.

[ You have eliminated a Survivor Zombie. ]

[ You have eliminated a Survivor Zombie. ]

A series of notifications soon appeared as Shane grinned at this sight.

Gene and the others also joined in as they wielded their pistols.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Their shots rang out like thunder and even disrupted the elves and others because of how loud their pistols were...

Nonetheless, because of the close distance, each shot wasn't wasted and hit a zombie or two. With their help, they were able to whittle down the ranks of the undead horde…

I didn't end there as Shane was in awe seeing Chaloem harness the power of his Aura, channeling its potent energy into devastating palm strikes that unleashed something similar to invisible Aura Bullets capable of shattering the muscles of the Survivor Zombies!

Of course, Shane didn't stand still as he decided to join as well... This time, the Electric Shock Blade was already in his hands he soon triggered its effect on the swamp!

Just like that, Shane and his team eliminated the 50 Strong Survivor Zombies!
