First Demonic Dragon

Chapter 234 The Wedding Begins!

Chapter 234 The Wedding Begins!

Perhaps because of her father's position and over protective nature, Thea had never been openly flirted with before.

And due to the fearful nature that most men showed when she approached them, she had begun to suspect that perhaps he had threatened them without her knowledge.

As such, she had never been approached by a man like this and she always wondered how it would feel.

Unfortunately for her, she found the experience to be wholly unpleasant.

After officially making Nita her woman, Thea realized that her attraction to women was set in stone and there was nothing that could change that.

"I am Thea... May I help you?" She asked suspiciously.

Caelum seemingly paid no mind to her standoffish nature and attributed it to his sudden arrival. "I was merely curious about the human daughter of the red king. You're quite the topic today."

Thea wasn't exactly surprised by that information, as she had long grown used to receiving odd looks whenever she showed up alongside her father.

Most thought she was some young sex slave or even just a servant, and the reactions of those who learned the truth were always exaggerated.

"Ah! Please forgive me." Caelum suddenly said as he turned to Apophis and Mira. "I neglected to introduce myself to the two of you as well."

However the serpent seemed to pay the young man no mind as he compared the red color of the rose to his very own hair.

"Mistakes like that are rather easy to make when you are focused on lust instead of etiquette. "

Apophis' barbed words seemed to suck all of the air out of the clearing, leaving Caelum with a slightly embarrassed expression.

Suddenly one of the girls beside him who had remained silent until this point decided to come to his aid.

"You'll have to forgive my younger brother. He has been unable to get the beauty of princess Thea out of his mind ever since your arrival."

Like her brother, the young girl had ivory white skin and fiery red hair.

But whereas his was long and unrestrained, hers was styled in a simple bob that framed her cute face and lips nicely.

Caelum's face became slightly red as he tried to stop his sister from talking. "Jasmine, there is hardly a need for-"

"Are you saying that you find me beautiful?" Thea asked seductively.

At first, Caelum believed that her tone was directed towards him and he had to prevent his body from stiffening.

However, his dreams and fantasies were crushed flat as Thea breezed right past him and took his sister Jasmine's hand.

"You told me how your brother felt, but I'm much more curious about whether or not I am pleasing to your eyes?"

Thea had always been beautiful.

Even before fusing with the witchblade and becoming a living weapon, her body was pristine and blemish free due to her possession of the divine element.

As a result, even though Jasmine had never had any strange feelings for a woman before, she couldn't help but feel slightly flustered.

Thea's gorgeous blue eyes were unflinchingly staring into Jasmine's violet ones, leaving the unsuspecting phoenix with nowhere to run.

"W-Well yes, you are quite beautiful... but I feel I should tell you that I have no attraction to women." She replied in a shy yet firm voice.

"That's good, I almost believed you." Thea said with melodious soft laughter.

As Jasmine felt Thea's hands tracing small lines in her palm, she knew for certain that this girl was the daughter of the king of lust.

Her every action and word felt like it was laced with a sedative that was very quickly going to pull her under.

"W-Wait a minute!"

Caelum had finally recovered from his stupor and was staring at Thea with blatant surprise.

"Are you... flirting with my sister...?"

Thea glanced at Jasmine's impressive bust and cute yet mature face.

Just like her father, she also preferred older women and the phoenix princess was too gorgeous to resist.

Since Nita had already given her the okay to pursue another woman if she'd like, Thea had no reservations about her desires.

Although a trait she also seemed to have inherited from her father is her dislike of large harems.

In her mind, she figured that three women whom she could happily spend the rest of her life with would be more than enough.

Without breaking eye contact with Jasmine, Thea gave Caelum an answer that very nearly made him spit blood.

"I am... though she has yet to tell me if she likes it or not."

The faces of the two siblings became as red as their hair, but for two entirely different reasons.

Jasmine began to falter under Thea's intense gaze as she tried her best to sort through her storm of new feelings.

"I-I..."

Just before she could answer, soft music began to play from the center of the garden, signaling the wedding's start.

"Looks like we're out of time for you to answer, so I'll wait to hear what you have to say after the ceremony."

Thea slid her hand out of Jasmine's grasp and waved her goodbye as she began walking towards the source of the music.

"Wait for Mira!" The young ice dragon quickly followed in her sister's footsteps, leaving their brother behind.

Apophis soundlessly walked past Jasmine and Caelum who were still standing around like statues.

His green serpentine eyes landed on their third sibling who had remained silent all of this time.

The last of the vermillion siblings was a seemingly young girl named Claire.

She wore simple glasses to cover her bright purple eyes and her red hair was styled in a small messy bun.

Unlike her sister and mother, she had a small chest that was practically nonexistent but a plump bottom and thick thighs.

Like Apophis, she seemed to be rather standoffish in nature as she had merely watched silently as her brother was brutally rejected by Thea and her sister was boldly flirted with.

The serpent sauntered right up to the beautiful phoenix and handed her the bright red rose in his hand.

Claire was not expecting such a gift, nor was she expecting Apophis to be the one to give it to her especially when they had never spoken before.

Realizing she'd probably been staring too long, she reached out and took the flower from his grasp. "Ah... Thank you."

Her cheeks began to turn a slight pink color and Apophis merely gave her a small nod and followed behind his sisters.

Caelum looked back and forth between his two sisters who were both making lovestruck faces and watching the backs of Abaddon's children disappear.

"What... just happened...?"

-

Apophis, Thea, and Mira quickly found their parents waiting in the front row near the stage.

While their mothers looked to be fine and even be enjoying themselves, Abaddon looked to be thoroughly exhausted and seemed to need a nap or an energy drink.

Apophis and Thea very quickly understood that it would be best if they didn't tell their father that the prince of the phoenix kingdom tried to flirt with his beloved daughter.

Knowing him, he would probably begin the war against them even earlier than he had originally planned.

Not long after the trio had joined their parents, there was a change on the wedding stage.

Asmodeus suddenly appeared out of thin air, wearing an open white and gold robe paired with matching pants of the same design.

"I look good, no?" He asked the crowd.

In response, he received only dry smiles and eyes subsequently drifted to his son who was significantly more handsome than he was.

It didn't take much longer for the wooden gates to the garden creaked open for a final time, and everyone inside of the garden had their breath stolen away.

It wasn't often that the dragon king Helios wasn't the center of attention, yet as he walked hand in hand with his daughter, he had to admit that she had completely bested him today.

But since it was her wedding day, such a thing was only fitting, right?

Yara wore a delicate pale blue dress with a long train behind her.

The material of the dress was thin enough to see through, and tasteful enough to cover all of her naughty bits.

Her face was covered by a matching veil that left only her horns and gorgeous silver hair in view, leaving the mesmerized guests desperately wanting more.

Abaddon received a small nod from Helios, and in return he gave Mira a little nudge.

This was the moment the young ice dragon had been waiting for.

Combining her hands together, Mira's palms began to glow with a bright blue energy.

"Go!"

Mira suddenly threw her hands up into the air and shot the ball of icy energy into the sky.

Once it reached a sufficient height, the small ball of magic exploded and a flurry of icey flowers rained down on the attendees below.

The scenery that was already gorgeous, became so perfect that it nearly brought tears to the eyes of the guests.

Helios led his daughter by the hand all the way up to the wedding stage where he begrudgingly let her go.

This day was... unbelievably hard for him.

When his daughter told him she wanted to host her wedding in her mother's garden, he very nearly told her no.

This place was the culmination of everything that he loved so dearly about his late wife, and even he found it rather difficult to come here after all of these years.

But alas, Yara had asked him sincerely with everything that she had, and he could not refuse in the face of his daughter's desperation.

However, now that the moment was here, he found himself wishing that he had.

Despite the dreamlike setting, Helios felt like he was embroiled in hell as his daughter's hand left his.

Memories of the day that he lost her mother continued to plague him, and he felt like he was somehow losing another member of his precious family.

He knew that the man she had chosen was a good one, and they already had a fully grown child together.

But despite that, she was still his little girl and it hurt terribly to see that she had grown up so soon.

The pain of losing her mother was combining with the pain of watching her grow up and leave his side, resulting in him feeling as though he had nothing left.

'No... that's silly...' Helios thought as he shook his head.

The dragon king watched his youngest child walk gracefully up the steps towards her husband's loving gaze.

For a moment, he had almost forgotten the conversation that the two shared in Luxuria, and he realized that even he can be haunted by visions of his past.

As he moved to take his place beside his eldest son, he realized that he still had family present that he had been neglecting.

His sons were just one example, but his wives were another thing entirely.

Outside of sex or mind numbing smalltalk, he realized that he hadn't been interacting with them nearly as much as he should have.

Within his mind, he decided to be a better man for the family he had left before it was too late to change anything.
