Dominator with Endless Level-up System

Chapter 29

C29 – To Become a Spirit Beast!

Lee Tian felt a sudden chill in his belly, quickly replaced by what seemed like a rush of gas. A wave of exhilarating pleasure surged from his abdomen, flooding his entire being with an indescribable comfort.

Simultaneously, a system alert chimed in his mind.

“Ding! Host, congratulations on your breakthrough. You’ve advanced to the First Level of Yellow Rank!”

He had leveled up!

With the increase in level, his body expanded once more!

He was now as large as a juvenile Swordtooth Tiger!

Green gaped at the transformation, utterly astonished. “Big brother, you’ve grown again! Have you become a Spirit Beast now?”

Green watched Lee Tian with eyes filled with envy.

Lee Tian inhaled deeply, feeling a crispness within. He sensed a formidable power coursing through him, capable of shattering stone and snapping timber. Unleashed, it would surely be a sight to behold!

Turning to Green, he declared, “I am a Spirit Beast now.”

Green’s shock was palpable. His small, green bean-like snake eyes bulged as he exclaimed, “Big brother, teach me how to become a Spirit Beast!”

Confronted with this plea, Lee Tian felt a twinge of awkwardness. His journey thus far had been guided by the Evolution Upgrade System.

Not everyone had access to such a system. He was fortunate to possess one!

He truly did not know the secret to transforming ordinary animals into Spirit Beasts.

Seeing Green’s persistent gaze, he sighed inwardly and spoke the truth, “I reached this point by hunting other animals.”

Green seemed to grasp the concept, nodding uncertainly. “Big brother, I’ve got it!”

Just then, rustling noises emanated from the forest behind them. Quickly, the sounds encircled them, growing louder.

Tiger roars echoed all around!

“Big brother, this is bad. The Swordtooth Tigers are back for revenge!” Green cried out, his eyes widening in alarm.

Lee Tian rose to his feet and glanced back. Indeed, a pack of Swordtooth Tigers was closing in with menacing intent.

He grabbed Green, who was on the verge of fleeing, and said sternly, “Now’s the time to prove your loyalty. Hold them off for me!”

“Big brother, this isn’t about loyalty—it’s about sending me to my death!” Green protested with a wry smile. “They’re still a ways off; we can make a run for it. Why not escape?”

Lee Tian glanced at his severed right tentacle and let out a cold laugh. “They’ve ruined my tentacles; I’m going to get my revenge!”

“Big brother, revenge doesn’t have to be immediate!”

“Enough with the nonsense!”

“Big brother!”

“Just buy me some time to hold them off. I’ve got a plan for them!” A fierce glint shone in Lee Tian’s eyes, betraying his confidence.

Truth be told, he was eager to test the extent of his newfound power since his transformation into a Spirit Beast.

He sensed a qualitative leap in his strength since ascending to the ranks of Spirit Beasts.

He likened himself to a long-neglected, rusted sword that had finally been restored to its former glory, its edge honed and ready for battle.

The Swordtooth Tigers might be formidable, but they were mere Mortal Beasts. Surely they couldn’t match the might of a Spirit Beast?

As they spoke, the pack of Swordtooth Tigers had already picked up on Lee Tian’s scent and were tracking him down.

Green had made up his mind to venture out and face the danger.

He gazed at Lee Tian with a grave expression. “Mr. Tian, if I make it back alive, you have to promise to help me cultivate into a human.”

The gravity of the moment wasn’t lost on Lee Tian. He nodded solemnly, “Go ahead, I’ll hold you to that.”

With a nod, Green’s serpentine eyes narrowed, and he bolted from the cover of the haystack.
