As Lin Yin exited the kitchen, Gu Qingxin curiously peeked outside. Could it be that Beiming Han had returned?

Upon opening the door, Lin Yin was somewhat surprised to see the man standing in the doorway. Tang Rongling smiled, “Aunt Lin.”

“Aunt Lin, I came to visit you.” Tang Rongling had brought something with him.

Since he was already here, Lin Yin couldn’t just send him away. After all, she had watched him grow up. She let him inside and closed the door behind him.

Upon entering, Tang Rongling’s gaze immediately fell onto the kitchen where the girl was washing dishes. He was slightly taken aback at the sight of her.

The scene stirred a pleasant warmth within him.

“Why are you standing there? Take a seat.” said Lin Yin as she gestured for him to sit down.

Tang Rongling’s gaze fell on two tea cups on the coffee table that hadn’t been cleared away yet. A gloom filled his eyes, he knew Beiming Han and Bai Jingqing had been here.

Gu Qingxin had been missing for a week. He had been looking for her but couldn’t find her. Therefore, he could only stay here, waiting for her to appear.

He knew that as long as Lin Yin was here, Gu Qingxin would definitely return.

“Aunt Lin, you had guests?” Tang Rongling asked deliberately. Could it be that Lin Yin already knew about the relationship between Beiming Han and Gu Qingxin?

“My attending physician came to visit.” Lin Yin settled down.

“Are you feeling unwell?” Tang Rongling asked with a furrowed brow.

“If you’re not feeling well, let me accompany you to the hospital.” Tang Rongling said with concern.

“If I have to go to the hospital, I can do it myself. If you accompany me, I’m afraid Zhou Mantong would be unhappy.” Lin Yin remarked flatly.

“You are my elder, isn’t it only right for me to accompany you?”

“Rong Ling, you’re an intelligent child, and I won’t beat around the bush. You dissolved your engagement with my Qingxin and are now engaged to Gu Yunci… I don’t know what your reasons are, but you really shouldn’t appear here again.”

Lin Yin felt that one Gu Huai’an was enough to give her headaches, she had no idea what Tang Rongling had in mind.
