Luo Ruying retrieved a handkerchief and wiped the blood on Ning Yechen’s nose. Then she knelt down and grabbed his right leg.

She took out some herbs from her chest, placed them into her mouth, chewed and spat them out, and applied them directly to the injured area.

Luo Ruying felt a little embarrassed by his gratitude and blushed slightly. “I-it’s getting late. You should rest early.”

She could not bear to let Luo Hongye sleep on the floor with her, so she could only let her daughter sleep with Ning Yechen.

“Aren’t you going to sleep with Daddy and me? I want to sleep with both of you.” Luo Hongye looked at Luo Ruying with her face full of disappointment.

Luo Ruying saw the expectant look in Luo Hongye’s eyes and was unable to go against her daughter’s wishes, so she could only smile and compromise. “Okay then. I’ll sleep with you two.”

Ning Yechen promptly looked at Luo Hongye approvingly and gave her a thumbs-up inside. Good job, my baby girl!

A sly smile appeared on Luo Hongye’s face.

Luo Ruying took off her outer robe and changed into a light sleeping robe made of fine white silk, which accentuated her exquisite figure.

“Why don’t you sleep inside?” Luo Ruying, face blushing, pointed at the inside of the bed.

This way, their daughter would sleep in between them, and she would not be so nervous.

“Okay,” Ning Yechen replied with a smile.

He was in no hurry to climb into bed. Instead, he stood up and took off his outer robe.

However, he did not put on any sleeping robe and was only wearing his underpants.

A lean, fit body with almost flawless skin came into sight.

His body is simply perfect. Luo Ruying went into a daze looking at him.

Is this really the body of a hunter from the Mortal Realm? How can it be so perfect and strong?

Is it because of all the hunting he did in the mountains and his consumption of numerous heavenly plants and herbs?

This was a plausible reason.

“What are you looking at?” Ning Yechen looked at the dazed Luo Ruying.

Luo Ruying snapped out of her thoughts and realized she was staring at a man’s body in a trance. In an instant, her face turned crimson from embarrassment.

She quickly veered her eyes away and asked huffily, “W-why aren’t you wearing anything?”

“Huh? I always sleep naked,” Ning Yechen answered innocently.

“Naked?!” The moment Luo Ruying heard this, a shy, flustered expression emerged on her face, and she voiced her objection. “No way!”

“Why not?” Ning Yechen felt puzzled.

“Our daughter is here…” Luo Ruying pursed her lips, her face blushing.

Ning Yechen put on a knowing look, smiled, and nodded. Then he quietly put on his clothes. “It’s not okay to sleep without my clothes on if our daughter is here. I understand. Then I’ll put on a robe.”

Luo Ruying was at a loss. What does he mean by he understands?

Luo Hongye sat on the bed, looking curiously at Luo Ruying and Ning Yechen. Why doesn’t Mommy let Daddy sleep without his clothes on?

Ning Yechen rubbed Luo Hongye’s head, climbed onto the inside of the bed, lay down, and pulled his daughter into his arms.

Luo Hongye was petite, so hugging her felt like holding a doll.

Luo Ruying gently blew out the oil lamp. She lay on her side and held Luo Hongye as well.

It was completely dark and silent in the room. Luo Hongye was sleeping in between Ning Yechen and Luo Ruying, held by them on her left and right. She fell asleep with a blissful smile on her face.

Luo Ruying quietly looked at the sleeping Luo Hongye with a sweet smile and caressed her daughter’s face dotingly.

Ever since she gave birth to Luo Hongye, her daughter had often had to sleep in the cupboard alone to avoid detection. Even when she had slept with Luo Hongye, she feared getting caught.

After escaping from the Heavenly Realm, they kept running, but people kept coming after them.

Now, Luo Hongye could finally have some proper rest.

Thinking this, Luo Ruying felt glad.

At this moment, a hand suddenly reached out in the darkness and touched her back!

Luo Ruying was stunned. She hurriedly checked where the hand came from.

Other than her and her daughter, there was only one other person on the bed.

The bed was not large and could barely fit the three of them lying flat on their backs.
